“Beautiful dress at a great price, quickly delivered. Whole experience with Nicholls online from start to finish was remarkably easy. I knew the name of the dress I wanted having seen it in a White Stuff store (but not in my size) so I typed the name into the search box and up it popped and in my size too - very happy. Cheaper than store and quickly delivered, well packaged - excellent all round service! I will be back.”

“The most excellent all-round online shopping experience ever!! Due to having a problem trying to pay for my item with PayPal I rang the store and explained what my problem was and the girl that took my call gave my details to Luke the online sales manager , who despite it being a Sunday and his day off still rang me and assured me he would sort my order out which he did and kept me updated every step of the way until I received it !!! Exemplorary customer service so rarely found in today's busy world . Thank you ????”

“I discovered Nicholls Online completely by accident when searching for a White Stuff tunic that was sold out on the White Stuff website. This has been my first transaction and I have been incredibly impressed with all aspects. The website is clear and easy to navigate and the variety of stock is really good. The free next day delivery when spending over £20 is far better than many similar companies offer and communications from point of order to delivery were excellent. My item arrived the next day, as promised, well packaged, and all my delivery instructions were fooled to the letter! I will be using this site again and, based on this my first order, can thoroughly recommend Nicholls Online.”

“I looked online for a ladys Barbour hackamore parka, a particular garment that my wife wanted. We found it in stock at Nicholls at reasonable price and ordered it. It arrived on the morning of the second day and was exactly what we wanted. We were pleased with the garment, the price and the quick delivery. Richard Williams. Nottingham”

“Never used your company before and impressed with the delivery and packaging. Very secure and well wrapped, love the tissue paper (but needed to unwrap them to check all ok and see what was what as they are end of term presents for teachers and ta.) Hopefully pens will work ok. Will certainly be looking again on your website.”

“PROS Easy to order. Delivered the next day (free). Item as expected/described on the website. Nicely packaged. Exceptional Service. CONS Item was full price at £39.95 even though White Stuff had reduced it in their sale to £29.00. However, I could not obtain the item at other stores also selling at the sale price, so had to pay the full price. I knew this when I ordered but remain slightly disappointed because of it.”
