“I was looking for a pair of White Stuff jeans sold out in my size elsewhere. Came across Nicholls online. Never heard of them before so Google site reviews which gave me confidence so placed my order. White Stuff had a 20% weekend and Nicholls Online were selling at the same price as the 20% off price, plus free delivery plus I could pay via Amazon which was handy. Good communications In follow up emails and quick delivery. Would definitely use Nicholls Online again.”

“Placed my first order with Nicholls Online on Sunday. They had a pair of black White Stuff jeans I couldn't find anywhere else in the size I needed. Their price was the same as it would have been in WS as they had a 20% off weekend. Plus free delivery over a certain amount (£25?). Paid using Amazon which was handy and jeans arrived two days later as outlined in confirmation emails. Great service. Would use again.”

“what a fantastic company to deal with ordered a Cath Kidston bag which got lost emailed company and Manager phoned me next day to apologise, as it was the last one couldnt send a replacement, next day received another phone call from manager to say bag had turned up he would let me have it at a cheaper price refund my original payment and recharge me at lower price . The next day Saturday my bag arrived refund followed on Monday . Bag is great such a helpful pleasant company to deal with brilliant customer service would definetly use again . Thank you so much for being so helpful.”

“I could not find my size in the Gant t-shirt I wanted in any local stockists. Searching the Internet, I found that Nicholls on-line stocked the t-shirt in my size and in a choice of colours. The item arrived quickly and very well presented. Thank you Nicholls - I'll be back!”

“Simply brilliant .. First time I'd ever placed an order with Nicholls .. Replied to email straight away ..even had a phone call regarding my purchase .. and was delivered very quickly .. so was will suited as I 'd been trying to buy the Charlie Bea Emil since Feb even had it on Pre Order from another company who never even got in touch with me than told me they were now out of stock , so was will upset .. Anyway will always try Nicholls forst , very helpful , friendly and a quick response .. Would suggest them to my friends without a doubt ...............”

“Competitive pricing, free postage and my parcel arrived the very next day. Now that's what I call superlative customer service. Wish all online experiences were this good. Shops are great too. Now been to Crickhowell and Abergavenny Just need Brecon to complete the set. Always a pleasure!”

“Great service- the bank holiday didn't seem to slow anything down and my coat arrived in 48hrs after ordering. Beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a strong, neat box. Super service!”
