“First time I have bought anything from Nicholls Online and it was an excellent experience. The item I ordered was too large but a free return/exchange policy was easy. I received my smaller item within 3 days. Email correspondence was addressed immediately and the impression I had was that of an efficient, friendly and well run business. I hope to buy other items from Nicholls Online in due course as they stock good quality merchandise - just 'my kind of stuff'!! Many thanks.”

“Very pleased both with the purchase itself and the transaction. N.O. was offering what I was looking for at a good price and delivery was straightforward (packaged securely too, with some nice patterned tissue paper which I would have kept for reuse if it wasn’t for the use of sticky tape!)”

“Unfortunately my order apparently went on fire on a Royal Mail van and therefore wasn’t received. Nicholls didn’t have a replacement and I have to wait until they hear back from Royal Mail before I can get refunded. Not the best customer experience I have had!”
