“There were initial problems with the specific job we needed doing, however I'd personally like to thank Beverley in the way she 'grabbed the reins' and dealt with this complex issue. Even when the problem couldn't be finally resolved the manner & level of re-imbursement we received made the whole experience a much better one & she is a credit to the Company. “I do not recommend, the product should be within 4-6 days, we waited over 2 weeks, asking for comments about the product, selling, saying "that tomorrow" I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Contact with the owner worse than weaknesses”

“Unit was repaired on time and was fully operational on return. This is the second time we have used NI for repair with a 100% repair rate. We have now sent a further unit. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. 5* service - Thank you”
