“Cancelled items after the order was placed. Still fulfilled associated replacement parts for the cancelled items. Give me the option to cancel the entire order, don't just cancel/refund/ship remained. And don't sell items if you don't have them. Frustrating as can be. Disappointing, as I have done thousands of dollars of business with this company over the years.”
“My wife I have ordered and really, really enjoyed the products in the past.
This order I am very confused. I still have a number to try as I have only had the order for 2 days.
1. the cheese bites are horrible tasting, no instructions on preparation if any.
2. Omlet with cheese and vegetables taste ok and will do in an emergence, again NO instructions for preparing only to add water and heat and re-hydration will take longer over 5000ft.
No preparation instructions I hope will make these 2 items more desirable.
As i said I have ordered several items before with excellent results and instructions for preparation included on the package. With a number of different meals in this order I hope the rest will work out better.

“Product was fine, price was good. Asked for discreet packaging (unmarked boxes -- OPSEC). Got 6 boxes saying "Meals Ready to Eat" all over them. MRE boxes just taped together. Had a conversation with the UPS guy -- so you're buying MRE's?
This is a common problem -- there are 2 major online sellers I refuse to deal with any more over this exact issue. If you're doing it to me, you're doing it to others who aren't as vocal.”
