“For the most part they have been decent, but a I had trouble with a recent order and got a "shoulder shrug" response. After ordering some items that were "in stock" I get an email a week later with a credit on my credit card for a certain group of items. I wrote in to ask what the issue was and they said they didn't have the items anymore. No apology..no above and beyond. Disappointing.”
“All items were present and shipped in timely manner; however, 3 of 5 field dressings were received with the outer plastic package sliced open. Also, one of the major sale items in the email notice was sold out on the day of the notice. It seems that potential demand could be estimated better.”

“I ordered 6 boxes of MREs. I received 4 boxes and 12 loose individual meals. No big deal but
I opened the 4 boxes and added 3 merals to each box. Then relabeled each box with a
black marker. I didnt look at every meal but they are definitely not all the age represented by Nitro-Pak. They were mostly 2016 but there were some 2014. Overall, not real happy. It seems to be worth about $6 each but no great deal. You wanted to know, so here it is.”
“Good product and fast shipping. The only issue was the very high cost of shipping and handling. Flat Rate Priority shipping cost $7.15 and the box was free. I don't see how that equates to $18.50. I like all you have to offer, but with the high shipping cost it's doubtful I'll shop with you again and that's disappointing.”
“The XMRE was purchased about a week ago. This does NOT look like a Mil Spec meal at all. I was disappointed in the quality as well as portions. The snacks are horrible. Every one a pilot bread and animal crackers. At $79 its ok, but I will stick to the Mil stuff for the MRE.
I have used the Mountain house stuff from here, and its unbeatable.”
