The shoes look beautiful but they seem to run small. I wear a 9 and my toes we're rubbing the top of the shoes. Not a very wide toe box. For working out I wouldn't wear them because my feet have no room to move. Too bad too because I love the style and look of the shoes but I'll have to send them back.

Cute shoes but they will not last. My Nikes last years, this pair of no bull shoes has lasted me 7 months and they are tearing up. They are runners, I only ran once in them and they are tearing up. Disappointing. They are almost the same price as Nikes but the quality is significantly less. Will stick with Nike.

Where do we start? We LOVED their stuff last year, this year, nothing is the same. We have 2 men's large shirts, a 2022 and a 2023. They are 6" different in length! Contacted no bull they told us too bad at first "we have not heard of this problem". Then after sending a picture, they offered for us to send back the shirt for store credit but we had to pay shipping to and from the company and could not get the tax money back. It made our $38 short, $51. Also had to put in there that "this is a one time courtesy and will not be able to do this in the future". It wasn't like we bought it and didn't like it, the measurements on THE EXACT SAME SHIRT were 6" off. They even told us (eventually) that MULTIPLE people have reported this problem. So instead of fixing it, they make it hard for customers and don't actually fix it.. greedy, greedy, greedy. They don't respond to the actual problem, they make it difficult, they will never again receive our business.

I’ve purchased 2 pairs of different shoes from nobull The first pair were trainers, I find them very comfortable however after 6 months they have worn through the heel I also purchased a pair of runners which the top has frayed in about 4 months with minimal wear Very disappointing given the price of the shoe I would expect better quality What’s even more disappointing is that my after numerous emails to contact their warranty department I’ve received no response This company doesn’t appear to care about their customers.

They didn’t fully refund what I paid- they charged me $193 Canadian , shoes fit small, retuned them and they returned only $173 even after I spent $40 shipping them back. Their excuse was the exchange rate changing which would Be fair expect that exact same day to rebuy the shoes would have been $193 again. Super disappointing a store credit would have gone a long way. I will never supply this company now. Such a hassle - and $60 just to try the shoes one.

Very poor customer experience. The items shipped slow. One item had to be returned. The return experience is painful and flawed because it requires users to type in a URL, enter their order number, and zip code. After checking the information multiple time, the website continues to not allow for my return. Be better, NOBULL.

Terrible customer service. Shoes came in with a black mark and dark shadow over one. One shoe looked darker than the other. I needed them for a competition so I didn't send them back. Sent pics and was only asking for a small credit i could use in the store since I paid $180. Contacted them 3 times. Received 1 response but nothing was resolved. I have contacted them multiple times.

I ordered 3 pairs of no bulls as Christmas gifts. I sent several inquiries wondering where they were... no response. They did finally arrive. Problem being,one pair are already coming apart after wearing 4 times. Sent an inquiry letting them know about it and what can be done, no response as of yet.

Well I’m keeping the second star out of my (possibly misguided?) hope they will eventually deliver. Ordered two weeks ago and they can’t say where my order is. Took three tries to even get a response about that. Maybe they are incredible shoes worth the overpriced tag, but at this point I feel I’ll never know. Wish I’d gone with a company I know will return my messages and actually ship the product I ordered.

Miltary overseas - returns are ONLY good via FEDEX so you have to pay to return to the U.S. Should have return label via USPS..... Not happy

The website claims to offer 2 day shipping and that is 100% false advertisement. They have you pay for expedited shipping but it’s the same as regular shipping. Don’t waste your money to expedited anything with them. You will not get it any sooner. It’s also funny that to even leave this review of NoBull they want your email to ensure it’s genuine.

If I could give this company - stars I would. DO NOT ORDER and I repeat DO NOT ORDER shoes from this company. IF you receive them it will be a miracle. There is NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will likely have to work with your credit card company for a refund. Just TERRIBLE. This company is awful and basically stealing money from consumers!

I would give 0 stars if possible. If you want a company that steals your money and doesn't take seriously issues it has caused, then go ahead and shop with NoBull. I will NEVER shop with NoBull again.

Terrible customer service.. literally says “standard shipping- 9-10 days.. then the lady tells me it could take 3-4 weeks.. well that’s great as I won’t be here for another 2-3 months.. the tracking order hasn’t moved in 3 business days.. I won’t ever purchase another pair of these again

Ordered in stock items during a sale. This was ordered early January 2024. There was no clear expectations of a turnaround time whatsoever! Even reaching out to customer support, they stated how these “timeframes” should be in my confirmation email (I assure you, they weren’t). I’ve ordered from them before and have had no complaints until now. Fulfillment and distribution has gone DOWN HILL. My order which I’ve been waiting over a month for, was partially refunded because my in stock sale items were out of stock. Instead of my order of 8 apparel items, I JUST received my order of THREE. 63% of my order was cancelled and refunded (about three weeks after placing the order). And a month later I got 32% of my original order. I will not be returning to them for future purchases - which is a shame. No bull is currently full of it. Also after this experience, I can understand why finding reviews for Nobull isn’t as straightforward as it ought to be.

I'm sure the shoe would be great, but I got the wrong shoe in the correct box with the correct back up laces, which is weird. Customer service handed me off to 3 different people, a different person with each response I sent to their questions, although they were all equally polite. 1 of 3 said the shoes were out of stock, when the website at this moment says they're in stock. All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund. I got another email from a different company I've never heard of to track the return. I was afraid I'd be talking to 5 more customer service people trying to get the refund, none of them knowing what was going on. At least the shoes I got are something. They seem ok, the quality's fine, but not super comfy considering I was looking for something to do more high impact workouts in. If you get the right shoes and don't have to talk to anybody, you're probably good to order from Nobull, but it's an expensive gamble.

I ordered a pair of shoes months ago and they never arrived. The customer derbies said they sent me the wrong order (a pair of sunglasses) and I need to send that order back before they send me the correct order. The problem is I never recieved any packages. The tracking even shows that they are at my house but didn't leave the package behind. I even went to the post office and they don't have any record of the tracking number provided. They refuse to send my order or give me a full refund because that costs them money. They are clearly a scam and I would not recomend anyone order from them.

Shipping takes wayyyy too long. I don’t understand how other extremely large companies can get products shipped in a timely manner, but NOBULL has problems. Very disappointing

The absolute customer experience and service I have encountered. Do they not realize anyone can walk into a store today and purchase a pair of Hokas or OnClouds without experiencing the pain of their shipping service?
