“This chair isn't made for tall people. I am 6'4" and it is extremely uncomfortable. It offers no mid-upper back support and my knees are above my hips.”

“Chair is quite uncomfortable and leans forward too much. I’m used to high-end Steel-Case and Herman Miller chairs, so I have an excellent baseline for comparison. While the idea of a Noho chair is good, it needs design revisions to make it achieve its potential and claimed marketing hype. Save your money and try some other brand.”

Hi Sajit, Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate not everyone will find the Move the perfect chair which is why we have a 100-day trial period, so you can give the chair a try in your home and return it if it does not work for you. The chair was designed to be a multi-use task chair. Although we have had a lot of success with customers using it as a desk chair, it was not specifically designed for that use, hence no castors or heigh adjustments. “the white chairs I bought,..... after falling in love with per your story, mission and materials, well they are not white, not even offwhite.....they have this gray green tint to them, I have an all white modernist home, they stick out like a sore thumb, I am really shocked how overexposed your photos are on your website, giving the impression the chairs are white, they absolutely are not...I would have gladly shipped them back if the back was salvageable...”

“(2 stars) This chair is not great. It took me 90 days to realize completely and by that point I couldn't return it. I recently purchased the cover thinking an extra $100+ would help. But it did not. You have great beautiful targeted marketing on social platforms but this was a bust. I appreciate the mission and hope you all well.”

“Uncomfortable to sit in. Looks pretty craptacular in person. Returned it. The refund process was weird. Not much communication but eventually saw a credit to my card. Would not recommend. Interesting idea but they’re not ready for prime time.”

“The chairs have not arrived. They shipped on 9/29 immediately after I placed the order. FedEx has shown the chairs as "initially expected: Saturday 10/2" and "potentially delayed" for about 10 days. NOHO has been good about replying to my inquiries — it appears to be a mess at the FedEx facility in Auburn, WA.”

“I still haven't even received the topper because for some inexplicable reason, it was sent via FedEx requiring signature. This created an enormous delivery mess (since, post-Covid, FedEx doesn't actually collect signatures) and it's now stuck in a FedEx black hole. I have no idea why a”
