“I bought the Skz Karma Accordition Hyunjin ver. and a Joohoney Lights album for a friend and was honestly surprised by the quality of the package, the product came out in perfect condition and was all included. The Karma album was a preorder so I waited almost 2 months but it's pretty normal with preorder items. I always got my albums by korean site bc they're cheaper but the shipping+ taxes always end up takin away double the price of the product so even tho items are a lil more expensive on Nolae there are no additional taxes and for in-store items they get max 10 days to arrive. Would probably buy again from Nolae”

“It was a good experience. It arrived sooner than expected, considering the distance, and in perfect conditions. I also liked the extra stickers and the card with my name in korean on it from Nolae. I could feel the care in the way you treat your customers. I'm going to buy again for sure :)”

“It came very well packaged. Since it was a preorder it took a long time before it was actually shipped of course, but once I got the email saying it was en route it came within a week (which I didn't expect since I don't live in the same country). So no complaints here!”
