Ho ricevuto il pacco dopo più di 6 mesi di attesa. Per questo ho dato una valutazione bassa. Da poco mi e’ stato annullato un altro ordine che attendevo da mesi, difficile ora da trovare senza preorder.

Normally I’m super satisfied but this time I was dissapointed. I carefully chose 3 albums with POB’s and wished for Bangchan but did not receive 1 of him. Plus I ordered 4 random Karma Accordion versions and naively thought they would be mixed. Ended up getting 4 with I.N with the exact same photocards in. So this time I was not as satisfied as I normally am with Nolae.

Ich kann leider nur 2 Sterne geben, weil ich finde es nicht gut dass Alben verkauft werden die garnicht auf Lager sind obwohl es klar steht das die auf Lager sind.. einen dann 3 Wochen warten lassen ist hart. Man hätte vorher anmerken sollen das der Laden noch auf Lieferungen wartet! hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich nichts bestellt!!! Sehr schade das Ware verkauft wird, die nicht auf Lager sind. Die 2 Sterne sind für die Mitarbeiterin die meine Bestellung storniert hat und sehr freundlich war

There were problems with our order and the communication about it was very poor. I was the one who had to email both times to get a little heads up about what was going on. We placed the order on May 1st and received it August 27th. We were also promised freebies but they were very disappointing, seeing as to how long we’ve waited for the package. Lastly, the package came in with all 4 corners opened so it had to go through a lot while being shipped.

all 3 of my purchases took ages to arrive, but without asking the support I wouldn't have gotten any information on why that is. It's not the first time that pre order items need more than a month after release to be packed and I just don't think I'll be pre-ordering on your site anymore. Also one of my albums had minor damage, whether that was from the delivery or before that I cannot tell

Took almost 2 weeks to be shipped despite the website saying the album would be shipped the day after the album was released.

Usually Nolae is amazing but this time around I had some issues with one of the albums. There was some visible damage and I wasn’t super happy with it.

I ordered the Stray Kids lightstick and an album (I am Not), and the album arrived completely detached and damaged around the edges, and the IN bebe photocard was bent. Everything else was fine, but I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth with this store.

Hi, i’ve made past orders with no problems but, this time, the package arrived kinda messed up. The Order in question is Baekhyun: Essence of Reverie Photobook set (which has both ver of the photobook) but the Albums have been shipped in only one sleeve, so it was open and not sealed. I’m fairly disappointed by that, cause there’s no reason to actually put both albums in one sleeve cover since they have their own pack and by doing that the albums come with damages.

There were scratches on one of the three albums. It was not the box in which the albums were transported, but the product itself (the one under the transparent film). The film itself looked undamaged, so it seemed to me that the album was originally made with a defect or damaged at the place of manufacture and wrapped in film by the manufacturer. Unpleasant.

Two months ago I ordered two Stray Kids albums and they never arrived. I'm still waiting. It's a shame because I had already ordered and everything was perfect, but I don't think I'll reorder again.
