I ordered a k-pop album for my son. The first delivery went wrong. The adres label was wrong. Behind my name was my house number, and behind my street name was number 0. So DHL told me in the app that my package was send back. Meanwhile, I ordered the same album for the second time and wrote to Nolae about the situation. According to them, I would still receive the package. The second order had arrived in the meantime. What did catch my eye was the plastic cover around the album. There's a sort of flap on the back that opens the cover. However, the seal on the right side wasn't closed, but open. So the album and all its accessories can be removed from the side instead of through the designated opening on the back. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be with this album? A few days after my second order was delivered, I received a message from DHL that my first order had been delivered to a DHL pickup location. I left it there until it was automatically returned. I also discussed this with Nolae. All in all, I'm giving it 3 stars. Firstly, the delivery wasn't satisfactory and secondly, the sleeve seemed damaged.

Ich mag Nolae, jedoch dauert es immer sehr lange, bis die Ware versendet wird. Dafür habe ich auch Verständnis, aber diese verschwindet wenn ich voller Verwunderung das Paket öffne, da ich schon vergessen hatte dass ich die Alben bestellt hatte. Ich habe Monate lange gewartet.

Die Ware war wie beschrieben und es kam alles gut bei mir an. Die Lieferzeit hat ganze zwei Monate gedauert! Dies war mir etwas zu lange. Ich hätte mich über eine Zwischeninfo gefreut, dass es noch ein wenig dauert. Des Weiteren standen meine Pre-Order-Artikel noch auf, online waren sie jedoch verfügbar bzw. dann gleich wieder vergriffen. Meine Lieferung erfolgte auf Nachfrage ob ich evtl. vergessen wurde. Alles in allem würde ich wieder bestellen, jedoch keine Pre-Order-Artikel mehr.

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass die Lieferung so lange gedauert hat und dass die Pre-Order-Thematik nicht klar kommuniziert war. Leider gab es Lieferschwierigkeiten bezüglich der Pre-Order-Produkte in deiner Bestellung, weshalb es sich leider von Ende September auf Mitte Oktober verzögern musste. One product was marked as in stock, while needed to be reordered. No clear communication at first, after asking, they sent all the available products in one package and when the final product arrived it got sent seperately. Wish to have a more clear communication to beginn with, since the original delivery time was set to max 10 days and the said product took in the end about 1.5 months.

It delievered in a few weeks i waited a bit more then 2 weeks and i actually did not like it that they message me that they needed to change the photocards because they did not have them anymore, i mean then you have to look before how much you have. But everything else is ok.

Purtroppo il prodotto è arrivato con due palline della corona del lightstick rotte. Per il resto il packing era perfetto.

Apparently, it's impossible to estimate the delivery of a pre-order even to the nearest week. I thought the waiting time was quite long.

Ich kauf nur bei Nolae wenn ich ein Produkt sonst nirgends anders bekomme. Lightsticks sind absolut überteuert u im Schnitt 20 bis 30 Euro teurer als bei dem Händler wo ich sie normalerweise bestelle. Versand ist mittlerweile aber ganz in Ordnung. Anfangs hat es manchmal über 4 Wochen gedauert bis mein Paket kam...bei angeblich vorrätigen Artikeln.

The product shipment got delayed at first, because the suppliers changes. But the shipment tracking wasn’t the best. After the initial information on the start of shipping, there weren’t any further notifications of the shipment location until the day of the delivery. There was no shipment notification when it entered the receiver's country or a notification a few days prior to delivery so that the recipient could organize accordingly. The link where the tracking of the shipment was available also wasn’t the most accurate.

Need to improve order processing time for non-preorder items. 12 days to process is quite long. Then on top of it is the 2-day handover to courier. 14-days that is within the control of the seller.

I like Nolae because they have a big assortiment of Kpop products and they restock quite frequently. However, I think their prices are quite high in comparison with other vendors. If I compare the prices with for example SuperDragonToys, the price difference is sometimes at least € 10, which I think is a lot. Also the shipping cost are now ridiculously high (in the past it wasn’t that bad). That’s why, even though I really like the big assortiment, I will rather buy from other stores.

Nolae, very good, fast shipping, but DHL in Spain is very bad. My package has been here for a week, they haven't delivered, and I'm still waiting. A CD is a birthday gift that didn't arrive on time. I hope to have it tomorrow. Very sad. Very very sad.

Arrives quite fast if it’s not a pre-order package and the freebies are always adorable, but I’ve had a few times where my oackage was slightly damaged 😓🤍
