Im happy with the availability of product but the pricing sometimes gets a little outrageous even if i’m willing to pay it. I’ve tried reaching customer service a few times and never got a response and the tracking/order overview is annoying at best. I’ve been satisfied with my orders most of the times but besides that the app is hard or annoying to use. Even with this order its not possible for me to see where it supposedly arrived or didn’t (?) arrive. It’s slightly frustrating especially since i’ve spent a lot of money on this site and even lost my voucher for 50€, bought with points, because i never got a response from customer service.

My order arrived in perfect condition, but it took more than 2 months to arrive and it wasn't very nice to me. I hope you will improve this fact. Thank you.

Im allgemeinen bin ich mit den Produkten zufrieden. Aber leider dauert der Versand oft zu lang und Nolae ist verhältnismäßig zu anderen KPop Merch Seiten recht teuer. Und das wirklich deutlich teuer. Ich wollte zum Beispiel ein Aniteez Plushie bestellen. Bei Nolae hat er 70€ gekostet. Auf einer anderen KPop Seite hab ich ihn dann für 51€ bestellt. Da die Preise wiegesagt nicht um 2-3 Euro abweichen sondern oft um 10-15€ werde ich in Zukunft weniger oder garnicht mehr bei Nolae bestellen.

Checking out is easy , shipping takes a little while but its alright , albums and cds well protected in the box

I was pretty happy with nolae until the loyalty scheme changed. I didn’t hear anything about this until it changed. Thankfully I was still able to convert my points to an €80 voucher but I was saving up for the €120 voucher and I was quite close to that so the rest of my points were wasted. The prices are also way higher than if I order from Korean sites and pay their shipping and customs fees. I understand you have to make a profit but it seems excessively high compared to other sites which puts me off. Shipping also takes quite a long time. My stray kids albums took 2 months to arrive which is a pretty long time compared to other sites (even within the EU). I will probably not shop as much with nolae in the future for those reasons.

The service of Nolae was itself good, great packaging and communication, however the delivery company did not give any update or estimated delivery times and they could not be reached either to check

I have bought here before. The first time it was horrible. The order was lost and i waited a los of time. After that i bought more times and everything was perfect. But i have made another order (inorder on 15 of november) in preorder and there has been more than 2 months and im still waiting to you to sendnit. It was supposed to be a christmas gift, but i think it will be arrives in march…

The products are all really good and love eveuthing abt the shop except the prices... 35 for a album wich normally is 30 and then 8 euros shipping along with it

Nothing special about it, I could just purchase my albums wherever and there would be no difference. I hoped that at least some gift photocards or anything else would come with the purchase.. but nothing was special. Quite sad tbh
