“Pro: - Alles ist immer sicher verpackt. - Auf Wünsche wird, wenn möglich, eingegangen. Contra: - Leider dauern die Lieferungen recht lang im Vergleich mit anderen Shops. - Bitte umwickelt die Toploader nicht mit Paketband. Es ist sehr schwer die auseinander zu bekommen und die Klebereste ruinieren die Toploader. Kleine Streifen würden schon ausreichen (alles ist eh nochmal sicher in Polsterfolie verpackt).”

“It's a pretty good site to buy k-pop merch in Europe, I personally love it because it has everything I search for and pre-order items too. The package was in a pretty good state, I could see that it was taken care of. It took a bit for my package to arrive but I get it since it was a pre-order item. I will continue to buy merch and albums on this site!”

“I really like Nolae. The delivery is fast unless you pre order an item but that does not depend on Nolae so it doesnt matter. But i do have a complaint about the app. It is very slow. My biggest problem however is that the checkout is in German. Please fix it. I also cannot find how to write a note in the app.”

“I really Like how fast the New Albums are available for Preorder. The E-Mail Reminders are really nice because I know that my Order will Not be forgotten. The only bad Thing is that I heard that the Prices were higher than other Sellers. But until now I only had good Experiences.”
