“Albums that I buy from Nolae are getting delivered in very good condition, although (I think it's the delivery) my first time ordering the box was a little big trashed, but albums came fine.”

“It's a really good service. But a bit expensive, because the prices were expensiver then they were at the tour. So it's actually crazy. But the lightstick I bought worked a ton and I had loads of fun at my concert. The packaging was really good as my product came towards my house secure in the box.”

“I really like it and the products are good quality but the only thing is it takes so long for it to arrive. In my opinion too long like 1-2 months meanwhile others get their Albums and stuff quicker and its from Korea so yeah. But all in all its very good”

“Nolae is actually a very good app/website to buy some K-pop merch. The only problem is that the shipping to anywhere outside Germany is a bit expensive. For example if I buy an album for 26€ the shipping almost adds another 5-8€. But I like everything else.”

“I really like the way the app is structures. I had a little bit of trouble navigating the website but the app is really well made. Especially the different taps that are available. Like pre-order and that you can filter with different things like available or not.”

“The shipment was reallyyy late (idk if it's a fault on their end or not) but they did send an email it could happen and then they sent a few emails how it still isn't shipped and kept me in the loop about it so thats nice. It arrived nicely packaged and it wasn't damaged. This wasn't my first time ordering and it never happened before so I'd definitely recommend ordering from them”

“The only bad thing I have to say is that the preorder calender is a bit confusing to understand. It is much easier to just go to the product and look in the description when it might be shipped. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.”

“its really comfy that is in the eu, so i can make my purchaces easily. but i cant find everything i need or sometimes thay are sold out. e.g. i was looking for gemini's cds and there were not any. also in only 6 months, from may i found you till now, i have spend more 1000€ and i have never received a discount voucher or anything special to show you appreciate the loyalty. and dont tell me about the coins system. that way lost me the coins i had earned at the 7 first orders i had made. also you should add another filter at the pre-order tems, not only price and availability, but also kind of merch, lightstic/cd/magazine etc. and you should restock many things.”
