Very expensive. Half of the Preorder POB got cancelled and the other items were delayed for ages and POB were missing and got sent weeks later. Customer service is the worst. Copy past reply without any information on your products and delivery. Took me massive amount of emails to even get half of my things weeks after the delivery deadline. Packaging was mid. Would not recommend at all.

We are not satisfied. Your company should have tracking from the first day. We got notice 1 week later that the product is ready to go The album we bought is in weverse and there is NO MUSIC : no CD inside, and the QRs are not recognized by weverse app We only bought some pure small fotos.

I buy a very limited edition (for 118 euros) and i received a damaged box, out side perfect but the objet they gave was damaged from the original. I complain and they gave to me only 10% discount. I dont know if ill buy again limited item, why sent damaged things?

3x bestellt – und 2x komplett enttäuscht. Meine erste Bestellung lief noch problemlos. War echt super happy! Doch ab der zweiten ging es bergab. Ich hatte Alben vorbestellt, die laut Shop gut zwei Wochen nach release im Lager ankamen (was auf Instagram auch stolz präsentiert wurde). Eine Versandbestätigung erhielt ich allerdings nach einigen Tagen trotzdem nicht. Erst nach etwa 1,5 - 2 Wochen fragte ich nach – man entschuldigte sich damit, es sei gerade „sehr viel los“. Dieses Gefühl kommt jedoch weniger rüber, wenn man sieht, dass wöchentlich gefühlt 100 Videos auf TikTok & Co. gepostet werden. Keine Stunde nach der Antwort bekam ich dann plötzlich die Versandbestätigung. Der Eindruck, dass meine Bestellung einfach vergessen wurde, war damit ziemlich eindeutig. Eigentlich hatte ich beschlossen, dort nicht mehr zu bestellen – allerdings hatte ich vor diesem Vorfall bereits ein drittes Mal etwas vorbestellt. Als der angegebene Versandzeitraum überschritten war, habe ich erneut nachfragen. Dieses Mal hieß es, die Ware habe Lieferschwierigkeiten. Merkwürdig nur, dass ich zwar ständig belanglose E-Mails bekomme, aber keine Info darüber, dass sich meine Bestellung verspätet. Wieder das gleiche Gefühl: Ich werde einfach vergessen. Offenbar ist man dort nur "A-Kunde", wenn man etwas von sehr bekannten Gruppen bestellt. Ansonsten ist man eher so "B oder C-Kunde". Mir wurde gesagt, es würde noch zwei Wochen dauern und ich bekäme ein Freebie als Entschädigung. Glücklicherweise kam der Artikel dann doch früher – aber das „unglaubliche tolle“ Freebie war eine zufällige SKZ photocard, mit der ich absolut nichts anfangen kann. Meine Bestellung hatte rein gar nichts mit SKZ zu tun. Nach dem ganzen Hin und Her wirkte das eher wie ein schlechter Witz. Dann doch bitte etwas, das wenigstens ansatzweise zu meiner Bestellung passt. Freebies (aussortierte photocards die wahrscheinlich keiner wollte) als Entschädigung sind ohnehin ein seltsames Konzept. Insgesamt wirkt es, als würde dort mehr Zeit in TikToks investiert als in tatsächliche Arbeit. Ganz ehrlich: Der angegebene Versandzeitraum wurde bei 2/3 Bestellungen überschritten... schwach. Der Kundenservice ist ein Witz, man fühlt sich als Kunde überhaupt nicht ernst genommen, Beschwerden werden ignoriert und obendrein ist alles ziemlich teuer – für die gleichen Preise gibt es deutlich bessere deutsche Anbieter. Bei den hohen Preisen könnte man eigentlich schnellen Versand und guten Service erwarten. Für mich steht fest: nie wieder. Sehr enttäuscht.

Very poor How come I was the last to receive my order while even pre-order all other companies shipped faster. Amazon shopps quicker, eBay does and hey a month later than published? Forget it Never again. I rather walk to Korea than order here again

Musste Ewigkeiten auf den Versand warten (da ist eine Bestellung aus Korea direkt definitiv schneller) Dazu sehr hohe Preise der Artikel. Andere Deutsche Shops sind günstiger

Terrible. Waited 2 months for something that was allegedly in stock. Then had to seek out an update regarding my order. 0/10 will not be buying from again.

My order never arrived. Courier said they couldn’t find my address and that never happened to me, they didn’t even bother to call me for any information. I tried to contact both DHL and Nolae and got no answer. I have my Stray Kids concert next week and I don’t have a lighstick because it never arrived. I can’t believe I wasted almost 95€….

No puedo escribir una buena reseña porque jamás me llegó, pone que supuestamente lo he recibido cuando no tengo el Lighstick, lo compré expresamente para el concierto del 22 de julio en Madrid, pero resulta que el paquete se perdió. He escrito a DHL y a Nolae y nadie me responde porque nadie se quiere hacer responsable, yo solo pido que me devuelvan el dinero para comprarlo en otro sitio. Gracias

Only bought from you now to use up my UwU points, since you guys didn't bother to do a point to coin conversion, screwing up MANY customers who didn't have the exact amount needed for a voucher. Nolae used to be my go to kpop store even though I'm from abroad and have a kpop store from my country as well. But now that you've randomly thrown so many customers under the bus who have consistently saved up points (aka consistently bought from you) I no longer will be buying from you unless no other kpop store in Europe has the item I want. A simple 1 uwu point to 5 coins conversion (since that what you'd get for €1 in each respective system) would have saved you a lot of angry customers.

Hey there, actually, I'm absolutely disappointed. I ordered back in November, and I know there were pre-order articles on my order, so I kept an eye on release dates, but for Nolae to ask me about the quality of my order, when I haven't even received information about when it will arrive or that it has even been packed is, at best, elusive and at worst, disappointing to the point, I will not order anything again.
