“Hab zwei mal bestellt, eine bestellung kann noch nicht ankommen wegen pre oder sachen aber die andere sollte schon längst hier sein (ende Oktober bestellt). auf nachfrage wurde gesagt das es probleme mit dem lieferanten gab da nicht genug bestellt wurde, aber auch dann kann man den kunden noch zumindest darüber informieren.”

“Taking into account that the album that I bought is a presale merchandise, I didn't receive it yet; I leave this comment because the last time that I bought something from this site, just as now, I receive the email inviting me to rate it and when I waited for the package to arrive, I wasn't able to leave my comments ( it said that the time for the rating had expired) I am obviously waiting for my package and hope that it will be in the best conditions”

“I placed the order on Nolae on 2.10.2024. Part of the order (2 albums) came after more than a month, on 11.11.2024 it was taken over by DHL and arrived in a couple of days. I was informed that the remaining order (some photos) is on my way on 7.12.2024 and on 11.12.2024 I received a tracking code from DHL and the order was supposed to arrive on 13.12.2024. The tracking code is still locked on the date 13.12.2024 when the package should have reached me, but it never arrived. DHL has no contact details for Germany, so I couldn't contact them. I will probably never order from Nolae again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. I have never had such a bad experience with any of the orders I made.”

“Well asking me for a review before I have received my purchase is maybe where I would advice you to time this better. I should have received it as the website states beginning of January shipping. But so far not received any update or my product. So review will be low so far.”
