“I love the shop! There is a big collection of many different artists and the way it’s sorted into categories are very helpful. But I would love to have more details on updates if I have to wait longer for an order. I just got a confirmation email and in the app it says ‘unfulfilled’. But as soon as it’s shipped, it’s there within two days.”

“Ich fand das Paket von Nolae wirklich schön eingepackt, es war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders die kleinen Extras haben mir richtig gut gefallen – eine tolle Überraschung! Auch wenn die Lieferung etwas länger gedauert hat, hat sich das Warten definitiv gelohnt, da ich mich sehr darauf gefreut habe.”

“Gute Auswahl und keine allzu langen Lieferzeiten. Bei Preorder-Artikel mit längerer Wartezeit bis zur Lieferung wurden mehrere Updates geschickt, so dass man nicht befürchten musste dass die Bestellung vergessen wurde.”

“The only thing I can blame is the waiting time for pre-order deliveries, it doesn't make any sense and in the end the benefits are small compared to the purchase after the official release. Why doesn't the sender send them to you for the release date ? I admit that it frustrates me enormously.”
