“Usually super reliable when it comes to orders. My moste recent order had a wrong item sent to me. I contacted customer service, they were super helpful and friendly. Wrong item was returned, new one arrived a few days later, with 2 freebies. Super great customer service! 💚”

“I really like Nolae because you have a big variety of Kpop stuff. The only thing I can criticize are the prices of everything; Nolae is always at least €5 more expensive than other sellers. And the shipping prices are also a bit crazy (€8 to ship to Belgium is too much in my opinion).”
