“I ordered, among other things, the Official G Dragon Light Stick from Nolae. The item arrived very securely packaged, and most importantly, it's the original product and not one of the knock-offs available on the market. The package was lovingly wrapped with little teddy bear stickers, and shipping was free. I highly recommend Nolae to every K-Pop fan in Europe.”

“Im happy with the availability of product but the pricing sometimes gets a little outrageous even if i’m willing to pay it. I’ve tried reaching customer service a few times and never got a response and the tracking/order overview is annoying at best. I’ve been satisfied with my orders most of the times but besides that the app is hard or annoying to use. Even with this order its not possible for me to see where it supposedly arrived or didn’t (?) arrive. It’s slightly frustrating especially since i’ve spent a lot of money on this site and even lost my voucher for 50€, bought with points, because i never got a response from customer service.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great experience! I ordered the DESIRE : UNLEASH album by ENHYPEN along with two photocards (one of Heeseung 😍 and a random one from BTS 💜) and everything arrived in perfect condition! The packaging was super well done, and I was pleasantly surprised to find two free stickers: one with Nolae’s logo and one from Enhypen’s Manifesto: Day 1 tour — such a cute touch! 🥰 Fast shipping, official products, and great service. I totally recommend Nolae to any K‑Pop fan, and I’ll definitely order again!”
