“Absolutely amazing customer service. My first time ordering and I had mistakenly ordered duplicates of some items. I emailed asking if they could help. They were immediately helpful, allowed the duplicates to be cancelled before fulfillment and sent out the remaining in super time. Very impressed at the level of care for customers, which is rare nowadays with lots of companies! Have another order processing and will have a very happy house at Christmas 🎄 🥰”

“I pre ordered an ateez album, Nolae kept me updated on when my package would be estimated to arrive. This ended up being later than expected. I was fine with that, I was well informed on when the later date would be and even got a voucher for 10% off my next purchase. I am very happy and will definitely order again”
