“I love no pong. I’ve been using it since 2016 when I was trying to use more natural body care products and failed with other brands. My sister actually is the one who gave me a tin to try and I was hooked. Also, a must for breastfeeding Mamas! You don’t want chemicals too close to your babies milk 😉”

“Couple of days using it, I saw its effectiveness. However, I noticed that my underarms are getting darker after roughly a week of using. Also, I was shocked when I noticed after a week of using that I am having this bad odor in my underarm (that I barely have, ever) after several hours even with the product on it. I didn't expect that I will have the opposite effect (I tried the orginal and the bicarb-free). Maybe it's not really for me. It might work for others but unfortunately, not to me.”

“As a housekeeper and porter at a hospital during Covid I sweat A LOT! No Ping keeps up! And because I am so sensitive I tried the sensitive with no bicarb and low fragrance, No issues at all! Love it!”

“Love my No Pong Original and the new (to me) scent Spicy Chai Original! Keeps me completely dry and odour free - so happy to have found this fabulous no chemical alternative to traditional deodorants! No need to spread unhealthy stuff on my armpits ever again!! I have a special tip - I used a clay face mask on my armpits for a few times to clear out the old accumulation of my previous chemical deodorant, and any slight redness of switching to this new deodorant with baking soda, was completely alleviated - I haven't looked back since I first tried this 2 1/2 years ago! And a little goes a long way!”

“I recently switched from antiperspirant to aluminum-free deodorant because I was tired of that sticky, hard-to-clean feeling that antiperspirant left behind. I tried an array of brands from live clean, to native, to Schmidts, as well as an array of different scents. Some didn't work at all, some worked half-day, some 3/4, but none made it through the day without me smelling like b/o. Finally gave no pong a try and it seems to be the winner. It keeps me smelling good all day. The only reason I don't give it 5 star is because I do find it dries out my armpits and sometimes irritates them/causes a rash. But that's likely because of the bicarbonate, so I'm going to try their sensitive formula next. Otherwise, I recommend it. Especially for the price. And don't let the small tin fool you. At first, I thought "jeez, this isn't going to last me long at all!" But I'm going on two/three weeks and I don't even think I've used 1/4 of the product!”

“Customer Service: I appreciate No Pong's dedication in making sure that they look into the customers' questions and concerns with product use. I sent them an email before as I noticed my armpit darkening after using the original, and they were timely with their response and sent me a different product (bicarb-freee) at no cost. I appreciate a store with good customer service that gives time to listen and not invalidate a customer. Product: I am a first user of No Pong, I have the original and the bicarb-free. I tried No Pong because I want to go all natural. The first few days of using the original, I had no armpit odor for sure. but as days went by, I noticed discoloration/darkening and so I emailed them right away and was told that I'm one of the couple that had the same issue. It might just be my skin not compatible with the original, so they sent me the bicarb-free and my armpit was back to its original color. However, I noticed that on the days I don't apply the deo because I'm just at home -- my armpit odor was getting too strong compared to before I started using no pong. I do understand that No Pong is not an anti-perspirant, so I understand the sweating. But I was sweating more than I usually sweat. Currently, I am taking a break from it for now and will try to re-introduce later on.”

We are sorry to hear you had a darkening response to the Original variant and are finding a change in your body since using the Bicarb-Free variant. If you've been using anti-perspirants for some time you may find that initially you sweat more, but you should have no body odour. We have also had a lot of people find that after using No Pong for a longer period of time that they actually sweat much less than before, as their pores can breathe freely and their bodies are not constantly trying to produce as much sweat. There can sometimes be a transition time for our bodies to adjust and self-regulate. We will get in touch with you again to learn more about your experience and provide further assistance. “I was a dedicated Dove Clinical user until this past spring whenI tried a number of natural deodorants before I happened upon No Pong. One month of No Pong was enough to convince me to switch. I love No Pong - it works like magic, and leaves no white marks or stains on clothing!”

In regards to our pricing, we try to do our best to make an affordable natural deodorant for everyone, including offering free shipping for our Canadian customers. The tin is designed to last up to one month and we even have some customers tell us that it can last 2-3 months for them - a little bit goes a long way!
