“This was my first order from No Pong and everything went smoothly. I chose the free shipping option, so no tracking. Contacted customer service and they were prompt and assisted me with the time frame on delivery. It was a little longer than I had hoped. Thank you for making these products.”

But they are estimates and not guarantees. While Canada Post more often meets that timeline, there are cases where others receive it double their maximum estimated time. “It's good, smells nice, very natural. Of course, because it's natural, don't expect this to work like a normal deodorant and completely block out the smell and your pours. I'd say it more like smoothes out the smell. Good product, kinda small in size though.”

“This product smells very nice and is so buttery and smooth to put on. It feels very moisturizing. Not like other natural ones I've used that can be more clay like. However I do find I'm needing to reapply it through out the day. It works great for a while but not all day.”

“It took me a few days to adjust to the unique application process, and I kept dropping the tin bc for some reason it slips out of my hand easily? but other than that, I've been loving it. I have a job where I do quite a bit of physical labour, and I have yet to feel any type of insecurity about B.O. It works way better than the previous natural deodorant I was using, and the scent is great—not too strong. Sometimes I do feel a bit of initial irritation upon application (either I'm a bit sensitive, or I just rub too hard?). Overall though, it's a great product. Hoping it works in the long run.”

“I really like the product. I bought it because I developed an itchy rash in my armpit area, despite sensitive skin, fragrance free, traditional antiperspirant and deo. This works! No pong or stink here! ‘No more itchy rash. This small size will be great for travel, I wish it was a little bigger as it’s going to last a month- not the 2-3 months I read one reviewer- too bad- at $13 a pop that’s a little expensive for me.”

“Definitely takes care of underarm odour, however, I do notice sweat lines on my garments afterwards. I've not really experienced that before with previous deodorants thus my 4 out of 5 rating.”

“Absolutely LOVE No Pong. Rarely are things life changing and I'm not being hyperbolic but this literally changed my life. I had a change in body odor after getting laser hair removal and nothing worked. Not extra strength anti-persperant/deodorant, not men's deodorant, at home remedies, nothing. Also, antiperspirants have aluminum that can increase risk of various medical condition - this does not. I gave No Pong a chance 4 years ago and never turned back. If I'm not out in the sun all day, not doing strenuous exercise, then it lasts way longer than 8 hours. Often I'm still smelling fresh the next day! The only downside side is that it temporarily stains whites when wearing them. The pit area turns very,very yellow when I sweat - I rarely wear white anymore. It washes off and is not permanent on clothing. I could not live without No Pong. So grateful for it.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of No Pong. We understand that using a cream/paste might not be for everyone. At the moment we're not looking at changing No Pong or adding an applicator to our packaging. Due to the way No Pong is applied by hand, we had a customer detect a lump in her armpit. Luckily it turned out benign and she was so thankful to us. We believe it's healthy and important for people to be in touch with their bodies, and this really brought this point home to us. Some customers use a brush for makeup, make up sponges, facial cream spatulas, others use popsicle sticks others use the back of their fingers to scoop, and one customer said that they use an old roll-on that they dip into the tin and use that to apply. I hope those creative ways have given you an idea how you'd do yours. 🙂

“I bought the Vegan and Bicarb free and had a reaction to the vegan one but luckily the Bicarb free is working great. For those of you that have sensitive skin I recommend the Bicarb free. Does the job! Will be purchasing again!”

“I have been using No Pong for only a few weeks, so far my experience is very positive. I like the small amount needed to be effective, the non sticky texture once applied, and it keeps odour at bay all day long. Shipping was a bit slow, but I now know the lead time to order so I don’t run out. Thank you for a great product!”

“The scent is great and it actually works. I’m not the biggest fan of putting deodorant on with my fingers. The upside is there’s no residue left on your fingers when you do. But it’s hard to know how much to use.”

We understand that using a cream/paste might not be for everyone but we do encourage finger application since it is a good opportunity to check your armpits for lumps and give them a bit of love. Also, you just need a pea sized amount and make sure it is rubbed in well, creating a thin layer. Thanks again for your support. :)

“It works ok for me. I wish there was an extra strength formula available (I would happily test it). I have major BO issues. What I like best is their amazing customer service and actually feeling my armpits daily when I use No Pong. I can feel any changes and my armpits are nice and soft.”

“I love the scent of the Christmas pong. I enjoy the original scent, but it is not my favourite. I would love a fresh spring scent! I do find the consistency of the original a little easier to spread than the Christmas one. I was surprised to wait so long and get my recent shipment from Mississauga when you and I are both in Vancouver! 😢 I am hooked over all on Pong! I recommend it to everyone and will never change back ! Thank you!”
