“Do not buy from this alleged company it is AKA Nora Cora located in china. The owner emailed me several times pretending to be other people. The garbage that they sent took nearly 1 month to receive and looked nothing like the photos. The fabric, stitching nothing like what was shown. The pictures are false advertisement and the items look nothing like the photo. They are using another companies photos. The name was just changed to Anne Cloth. They should call themselves Bad Cloth, bad liars, bad business practice! GARBAGE!

I have been asking for a refund by email since December because they don't have a phone contact. They also used a fake address in the states that was verified by the BBB as a gas station. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the BBB

“First, the material was really weird. Hot and not comfortable but worse than that was the workmanship. The seams did not line up. I ordered a small and it was way too big. I normally wear a size 8 petite or regular and the top was way too big even for a loose fit. I threw it in the trash.”

“Terrible Experience
I ordered some clothes from Noracora in early November. Estimated delivery time was 3 weeks. Half of the order arrived about 5 weeks later, the second half still hasn’t arrived, nearly 10 weeks later. Also, the clothes were supposed to be 100% cotton, which I really doubt they are. I dry all my clothes outside and have never seen a heavy cotton tshirt dry within an hour outside, especially not during the winter months. That doesn’t even happen in the height of summer.
I will never order from them again and will tell my friends not to order there.”

“Looks pretty but think twice. They did not send what I ordered. Quality is 3rd world for sure. Sizing is funky. Everything is smaller that it would be in US sizes. If you want to return something you have to send it to China with a threat of having to pay extra changes although they ship here probably in huge bulk and only pay US postage.”

When I received it, it was the lowest quality polyester and was huge.
I tried to return it but they refused. This is a fraudulent company that has very poor quality clothing.

“I never had such a bad experience and felt the need to write this to warn others. I had ordered merchandise worth over $300. After waiting for a very long time to receive the shipment, I was very disappointed and upset with myself for spending that money at this store.
1. Some items arrived super late and only after I contacted them about it.
2. Some items (two pairs of linen pants) were coming apart at the seams on the sides before I even put them on! Bad quality! I wasn’t able to wear them. I literally threw them out. Wasn’t even able to donate it with torn sides coming apart.
3. The quality of most of their materials is not that great and the photos on their website are misleading.
You get what you pay for, I guess. Items are pretty cheap. I thought I was getting a great deal! The money I spent on their merchandise...I could have bought myself one or two nice pieces of clothing from somewhere else. I consider that money gone to waste.
4. They make it very difficult to return anything. It took a ton of emails back and forth and then all I got was their offer to give me 15% off of my total purchase. This was in 8/20. We are now 1/21 and I have yet to see them refund anything back to me. I just didn’t want to fight this amongst everything else going on at the moment. So I just let it go. But...
5. I still keep getting emails/advertisements from them, which annoys me. I opted out a couple of times but still getting those emails!”
“Finally received all my items 2 months after I ordered them. Then I wanted to return the items immediately because the were of poor quality. The worst company ever. I purchased clothes back in May of 2020, I never received one item, bought 200 dollars worth. Every single item was of the cheapest materials that I have ever seen, poorly sewn, strings hanging from them, no tags, sizes were way off and all dresses too long, the shoes were a joke!! None of the items looked anything like what was pictured. I cannot express how disgusted I am with this company. It has been four months since I finally received my last item to return and I still have not received my refund. I am getting the run around. Responses are slow and vague, there is no phone number and I feel like they have one or two people responding to all the issues. Very poor customer service. I filed a dispute with my credit card company!! Don't waste your money folks...take my advice!!! Again, I still have not received my refund!!!”
“Took FOREVER to get merchandise, customer service was non-existent, eventually filed a complaint with PayPal. They were rude with their communications, vague with their responses and blamed everything on Covid. When merchandise finally DID arrive (6-8 weeks later in multiple packages) the products were cheap, flimsy, NOTHING like what was presented! It was all garbage! And actually was not inexpensive! Could have done better at walmart! I have openly spoken badly about this company to everyone I know. Shameless!”
“Place my order the first of December they took their money out of my account. I received one shirt around January the 2nd and it was way too big I wear a size small they sent me a size small that it looked like a large and the blouse didn't look like what I ordered. so I emailed and sent a message as well to customer service and to their service department wanting to return the item it is now the fifth and all they're offering me is a 15% cash refund to have it altered at a at a tailor shop. I feel if that's unacceptable my last three items I've not received yet they've not told me the tracking number how it's going to be shipped out. I've asked to cancel that order and so far no money has been put back into my account. This company takes your money it's a scam I would never order from this company again the customer service is terrible.”
“I bought 6 pairs of ladies socks that, in the photo looked absolutely lovely. I ordered them on November 13, 2020, and finally received the order too late to send them out for Christmas gifts. I emailed the company 2X in that time to ask about when they would arrive. I received 2 replies that, in effect, added up to a reply of “keep waiting.” They did finally arrive, too late to send with my gift packages, but what was worse was that they looked so much less in quality than what the pictures on the website represented. I had since bought different gifts locally, and I glad I did. I would have been embarrassed to have sent these to my loved ones. The ones that I received looked older and less well made than what I expected. I won’t buy from this company again. I feel as though I was taken for $66.”
