“All items were shaped like boxes. Huge! Return cost $46.47! Directly to China! Other Asian sites have a return depot on west coast of US. It’s been 65 days since I sent items back. Still no refund! I’ve emailed them many times to no avail. The guy at shipping office said he’d be interested to see if I ever get a refund because there’s no way to track it. But I went ahead as I was so angry at the ridiculous shapes of all shirts. Nothing like photos! Do not use Noracora Fashion!”
“Similar experience to others'. Great marketing, poor quality and delivery. Though staff promptly responded to concerns, they DID NOTHING but offer less than half (30%) of what I spent. So, I sent the $130 order back at my expense ($40) which left a balance of 40% more than they were offering. Package got hung up in Tokyo (in September) and has now expired (November). I have little recourse but to give the company a bad review. Buying from China is not the way to go! Big rip off.”
“This company is a scam. I placed an order in January and have only received half of the order. Which was very poorly made. They will not exchange or refund the product. I have like 20 emails proving the whole scam. Is there a way to report this company and take them out of business?? I see they have done this multiple times.”
“A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! How this horrific company is in business is beyond me. NORACORA is predatory and fraudulent beyond reproach. I lost $150 on cheap, sleazy merchandise that was obviously made in some back-street sweatshop. So gross and the return policy is a complete lie. They even go so far as to include return instructions but it’s a LIE. You can’t return items unless you ship to China and pay customs. This is the email some moron from the fake customer service sent me:

“Noracora is total rip-off and I learned by experience they do not refund or exchange merchandise. I followed their size chart none of the 4 items fit and the leather shoes were made of cloth. The pictures look great the merchandise is flimsy and cheap! Do not waste your money. They are located in Beijing China.”

“Very poor workmanship to their clothing, it is all made in China with the cheapest fabrics. Even the tags are cheap and don't list the fabric content correctly. If you want to return anything you have to ship it back to China! Ads are VERY misleading and the clothes look fantastic, but not so in person.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS - TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered from NoraCora in July - after 4 months I had still not received my merchandise. After contacting them numerous times - and being put off by them each time- they finally came back to me and said their shipper had tried to deliver to me but couldn't so "destroyed the merchandise" so they would give me a 30% refund (and keep the other 70%). There was no delivery attempt, no delivery notice, no calls, no emails, no nothing. I'm attempting to get my money back from my credit card company, so we'll see. The message here is buyer beware - they are not an above-board company, and there are lots of reviews out there to substantiate what I'm saying. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering from these guys - they've got highway robbery down to a fine science.”
