“I am writing this to warn anyone shopping on the Nora Cora site should not purchase anything from these scam artists all of the clothes are not as they seem and it is almost impossible to return any items and get your money back they will offer you a 15% refund to get your clothes altered rather than send them back to “China “..To get a full return on your money.. buyers beware...Shame on me for not doing my research before Purchasing stuff from this site”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS - TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered from NoraCora in July - after 4 months I had still not received my merchandise. After contacting them numerous times - and being put off by them each time- they finally came back to me and said their shipper had tried to deliver to me but couldn't so "destroyed the merchandise" so they would give me a 30% refund (and keep the other 70%). There was no delivery attempt, no delivery notice, no calls, no emails, no nothing. I'm attempting to get my money back from my credit card company, so we'll see. The message here is buyer beware - they are not an above-board company, and there are lots of reviews out there to substantiate what I'm saying. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering from these guys - they've got highway robbery down to a fine science.”
“I never received all of my order. Like others have said, I tried to start a return on poorly made clothes and was told about sending it to China. Warned it would be expensive. What's different in my case is I was offered a 25% discount but it's never been issued. 29 emails later and I'm still waiting. Now they say I need a PayPal account for a refund which is ridiculous. They took my visa payment for my order willingly enough!!!”
“I ordered over $119 worth of items months ago and only received one which was nothing like the picture. No way to contact them through email because they refuse to respond. No phone and no other way to contact them. INSANE! Don't purchase from them. Heard they all change their name constantly so stay away from any of these companies!!!”

“They claim to take returns for refunds. But that is a scam. I had over $300 worth of merchandise shipped to the United States. In order to return you need to ship it back to Guangzhou China. Which cost me $80.00 Then Chinese customs holds package waiting for Nora Cora to pay taxes. They claim they will not refund me unless they receive the package in hand. But they can’t receive the package because they’re not retrieving it from customs, therefore Round and round we go. Customer service are like robots repeating the same responses. Very disappointed that Amazon sells their merchandise. I started a dispute with my credit card company. And it has been going on for two months now. They are fighting back. But this is obvious that this company is a scam not to mention all the merchandise I was sent back was because sizes were not consistent a small in one shirt and an XL in another shirt for the same person. Doesn’t make sense .poorly made.And most fabric is see-through and flimsy. Very dishonest company.”
“I ordered a top from Noracora. It took so long to arrive, the season I ordered it for (winter) had passed. (about 2.5 months for delivery) The sizing was way way off from the size guide, and the fabric was so cheap and scratchy; it didn't look soft or well made as it did in the photo. I requested a return approval/label, but they said I would have to return the top to China. The cost to return the top was $30; the top cost $25. They offered a 15% refund. I took the refund and tossed the top. It was not good enough to be donated.”
“I ordered items that needed to be returned due to sizing. They require you get permission from them first before returning anything or you will not get a refund. They also have a very tight return window, I requested to return items twice without any response from them. Now because of them I am outside of the return window and stuck with they items.”

“Clothing is very poor quality and if you want to return it, you have to pay shipping to China. Only a few of the items I purchased are wearable-- the others are cut weird, don't lay right and look nothing like the pictures on the website. They gave me a 15% refund to keep my items. I will never purchase from this site again.”

No where on website says they are located in China. Offered a 25% refund instead of shipping clothes back. Either way, out a bunch of money”
“Ordered shoes. NoraCora took my money with no problem. SHoes arrived a few months later (I almost forgot about them). They looked cheap (NOT worth the money). The shoes were cut to size and then the insole was taken out and the detail stitching was done. Needless to say, the insole no longer fitted, it was too big. Manufacturer crammed the insole in. COntacting NoraCora was a nightmare. No refunds! COmpany advised not to return because shipping would be too expensive. Instead NoraCora offered a 15% refund - take it or leave it.
STAY AWAY. If I could give it a ZERO star I would!”
