Even though I ordered two sizes larger than I usually wear, I could not even get the coat I received on. Besides the fact that it was made from the cheapest, shoddiest material I’ve ever seen.

NoraCora is a scam and a ripoff!
First of all, please be aware that this company IS NOT in the U.S., but in China, of all places, and that's the kind of service you will receive. How this website is showing an average of 4 stars for this company, I will never know unless NoraCora's employees are posting positive reviews pretending to be satisfied customers. These people and the company are a scam and frauds! They WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Mark my words. Let me tell you my story. I ordered 6 dresses way back on May 19, 2020. I had no idea this company was not in the U.S. They never indicate anywhere that they are located in China. Anyhow, I received 4 of the 6 dresses ordered plus a "gift" on July 1, 2020, a month and a half after placing the order. Can you imagine a company in the U.S. serving its customers so inefficiently? It would go out of business in no time. Found out the dresses are of very poor quality and run very small for its size. Sent NoraCora an email on July 6th requesting authorization to return the 4 dresses. I shipped the 4 dresses back with the "gift" on July 15th, 14 days after receipt. Paid nearly $30 in return shipping costs to China. Then, on July 22nd, I received the 5th dress. Again, poor quality and too small for the size ordered. On July 29th, I emailed NoraCora requesting authorization to ship the dress back to China. On August 5th, the dress was shipped back, 14 days after receipt. Again paid nearly $30 in return shipping costs to China. Finally, on August 18th, I received the 6th and final dress, one day short of 3 months after having placed the order! That last dress I decided to keep since it had already cost me "a ton" of money to return the previous 5 dresses ordered. On September 23rd, I emailed NoraCora inquiring why my credit card had not been refunded for the 5 dresses returned. They responded that same day stating that "the parcel was over 15 days after the delivery date" and, therefore, they "cannot accept the overdue request for return or exchange, hope you can understand." Both returns back to China were made in less than 15 days each after the dresses were delivered. So, that is an outright lie. Again, these people are frauds. That I can definitely understand!!! The 6 dresses ended costing me nearly $200 in all including return shipping costs. NoraCora kept my money and the 5 dresses returned as well as their so-called "gift". Not a bad deal for NoraCora. I wonder how many other innocent people have been scammed by this company. Listen, I do not mean to be rude or disrespectful in any way for that is not me, but NoraCora and its employees have reaped what they have sown. As I get the opportunity (for, like most people, I, too, am very busy), I plan to see an attorney to determine if there is anything that can be done to get my hard-earned money back from these crooks. I also intend to find out how I can report these frauds to the U.S. government for them to take action against NoraCora. I realize this review is lengthy, but I want to help you not to fall into NoraCora's trap like I did. Please, don't throw your money away buying from this company. You'll end up regretting it. “It took very long to receive. They gave a fake tracking info #. The item I received was not exact as pictured and the quality was poor. I found the length was way to long but waist and hip was ok. I wore it around the house and it ripped in two different areas on the first time I wore it.”

The fabrics used in everything I purchased was not of good quality and most of them were too small. The shoes were a joke, they might’ve fit the Jolly Green Giant, but not me. I followed the instructions to return my items. It cost me $140 just to send them back to the address I received from the customer service associate. After more than a month of sending this back, the package was returned to me after being rejected from Noracora. I am out more than $500 after purchasing my items and paying postage for the return. I am astonished by this experience. A TOTAL SCAM!!!!”

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
It took 18 dated return requests and 2 months for their return label that included their required list of reasons why. Everyone I’d received an email back that they would review & get back to me within 48 hrs.
THEY NEVER DID.
It wasn’t until I had enough & told them I was contacting the BBB and posting on all media platforms not to buy from NoraCora that I finally received a return label. It has become a matter of holding them responsible and hoping in good faith I will get my refund. Lesson learned.”
