I followed the instructions to return my items. It cost me $140 just to send them back to the address I received from the customer service associate. After more than a month of sending this back, the package was returned to me after being rejected from Noracora. I am out more than $500 after purchasing my items and paying postage for the return. I am astonished by this experience. A TOTAL SCAM!!!!”

It took 18 dated return requests and 2 months for their return label that included their required list of reasons why. Everyone I’d received an email back that they would review & get back to me within 48 hrs.
THEY NEVER DID.
It wasn’t until I had enough & told them I was contacting the BBB and posting on all media platforms not to buy from NoraCora that I finally received a return label. It has become a matter of holding them responsible and hoping in good faith I will get my refund. Lesson learned.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM NORA CORA! This company advertises great looking clothes, but they are not good quality. Their clothes are made from cheap material like acetate, nylon, & polyester, but their descriptions about the piece you are interested in purchasing lead you to believe they are made of better quality fabric like 100% cotton, or linen. It took 3 months for me to get all the items in my order, and every item was shipped separately. They have a 15-day return policy, which is impossible since their merchandise comes from China. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and there is NO guarantee that once they receive the returned items that they will refund you. They do NOT respond to emails promptly which makes it convenient for them to tell you your 15-day return date has already expired. They try to talk you into keeping the merchandise by offering you a 10% discount rather than returning the items for a refund. They not provide the required return authorization, &/or the return shipping label address in order to ship the items back to them.You have to send an email request that takes time for them to respond to and conveniently works against that 15-day window! Their merchandise is NOT true to size. I did not want any of the items I purchased. I highly recommend you do NOT do any business with this company, you'll be sorry and very disappointed if you do.”

“I put in a large order. It was shipped out of San Francisco, CA. However, several items didn’t fit. (Their sizing is not consistent. Several other items were misrepresented). They required me to ship them back to China instead of California. This is low-down/dirty and worthless business practice and customer service. “I suspect that Noracora Fashion and Cozy Fashion are one and the same company with headquarters in China. They post gorgeous pictures of different garments outrageously priced and horrendous quality! Also their website does not allow the public to find out who they are and the ‘Contact Us’ option is missing! I made the mistake of ordering some garments and was horrified and angry at the sight of the garbage at very high priced items I received. I decided not to return them because I had to ship them to China! This was an enormous mistake. Please don’t fall for their deceitful advertising!”

I purchased online 15 items on Jun 13th,
I have not received the confirmation order with the details,
When I reject the payment a month later, I received a partial shipment with 4 items and a second shipment 2 months later with 4 items.
All items have problems such as wrong size, very low-quality material, they looked nothing like the items shown online, they are unwearable.
3 months later, I have not received the 5 pending items and, they insist on receiving the full payment.
I want to return all, however, the conditions and the requirements to send all the items to China in 15 days make the return impossible to complete. This is a fraud.”
“This company is a sham... run , do not order. They took over 3 moths to fulfill an order and sent the wrong size I could not use. Because they finally sent the order, I could not collect from PayPal . Beware, this is not a US based company. Based in China. Cheap Cheap clothing . It is a total rip off.
