“I am giving zero stars. I tried to order $1600.00 worth of skirts and shoes using PayPal yesterday. On the checkout page, they have a link to use PayPal but as soon as you click on it, sign in and type in your password, a popup comes up. It reads, "Pay pal is re-routing you to the vendor's website. Please pay directly to them" The pop up message disappeared within a second that I almost missed it. I feel that they did this to trick customers. I had typed in my credit card info before I realized that, I wasn't paying using PayPal even though, I was logged into my PayPal account. I quickly backed out and deleted my credit card info from PayPal. I went back to read more reviews, that's when I realized that I almost got scammed. Since yesterday, no matter what computer I am using(desktop or laptop), the items that I had in my cart keep popping up- like really trying to tempt me into purchasing the items.

“I got the package yesterday. It was sent out 15 days ago. The refund policy is for 15 days. So I tried everything on and even though I went a size larger for safety, I could not get any of the clothes on. So it was the last day I could return them. I emailed them and went through customer service to get someone to help me. NO one has answered, and tomorrow is day 16. They got me.

IT TOOK OVER 20 E MAILS TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND FOR ITEMS THAT I CANCELLED WITHIN LESS THAN 30 MIN. OF ORDERING. I cancelled so quickly because right after I ordered I read reviews of NoraCora and I knew I should cancel right away which I did. HOWEVER, they sent items in spite of my cancellation. Their return policy states and I quote " your order will be fully refunded if you cancel within 24 hours". THAT DID NOT HAPPEN within 30 min of ordering. When I requested a prepaid return label from them because they should have never sent the order, I was informed that they were located in CHINA and I could not send the items back to the shipping address in USA on the front of the package i received. They refused to send me a return label. That means you pay CUSTOMS and full cost to send them back to CHINA which costs more that the order. The pants I ordered all came with UNFINISHED HEMS, the painted overalls I ordered had paint sticking on the legs from one leg to the other, one leg with red painted flowers had the black paint on it from the other leg, it was a mess. Clothes were extremely ILL-FITTING and ran EXTREMELY SMALL unless you are a toothpick, and I am very serious. Quality of clothing NOT GOOD. When I complained that I am now paying for their mistake on an order that should have NEVER BEEN SENT, I was told they do not send prepaid return labels. I was first told they would give me back 20% compensation to take clothes to get hemmed! Really? I am serious. I finally got 50% of order money back but I was stuck with the rest. I spoke to a CHRISTINE WONG in over 20 e mails. She basically repeated the same thing over and over. They finally gave me half back but IT WAS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. They themselves called the return process a "HASSLE" and 'COMPLICATED" so unless you want to deal with that... BUYER BEWARE. YOU WONT SEE ANY OF THOSE WORDS ON THEIR RETURN POLICY.

“Do not buy from this company! Quality of clothes are acceptable but run small. Returns are nightmare! After requesting a return label Several times, it took Noracora customers service several days to finally send me a return label. It cost me $43 additional to send it back to China, but upon arrival to China package spend weeks in postal office without being picked up. When I contacted CS to find out when I get my money back they told me I need to contact Chinese postal service to find out where my package is! I finally got my own package back three months later due to “overdue return”.”

“I was more than disappointed when I finally received the two items I'd ordered from Noracora. My complaints mirror the reviews I have now read, unfortunately after the fact. The quality is beyond poor and the sizing is way off. The dress I selected felt like it was made of paper. Do not trust the pictures they post as the items received don't even come close to how they're presented online and then comes the issue of a request for return. They explain how difficult and expensive the process can be and then offer a mere 15% refund should you choose to avoid the return hassle and expense of sending the items back to China. As to their customer service, the overall business practice they try to portray as being helpful and friendly truly does not exist. Too many negatives to ever warrant doing business with them again. Steer clear.”

“If there was a 'zero' star rating I would give Noracora this rating. Delivery was incredibly slow and piecemeal. The quality of the clothing is very poor. The images thoroughly exaggerate the quality of the garments. Fabrics that appear embroidered are printed in poor quality prints. Fabrics that your would expect are dyed the colours shown in the photos are synthetic and printed the colours on one side. The actual size of the garments is not true to the measurements they publish. And if you try to get a refund they are very uncooperative or ask you to return the garments at your own expense to China. If you are happy to tear up your money and throw it away, Noracora is the place to do it. It's a shame, because I love the look of how the items appear on the website, but the actual product is now all going straight to the charity bin. It has thoroughly turned me off internet shopping forever.”

And I will be shocked if the return is fully refunded for the items returned and for those I have yet to receive. $187.00 worth of clothing which so far none could I wear or would wear. I'm still missing 3 tops and I will not be able to pay another return if they are as unwearable as the others (if I get them). I plan to dispute this with my credit card company. Customer service takes 24 hours to respond and when they do they offer a 15% refund to have the clothes altered. Very funny and a policy I have never heard of. NEVER order from a company that does not tell you were the items are coming from and where you will have to return. And there is no phone number to call. I also notice they have been reported to BBB.
