“The painted clothing looks handprinted on the website and it is very poor silk screened when you receive it. You cannot return because you are responsible for all shipping and customs fees in China. Don't order from this site. The photos are very deceiving.”
“I do not recommend this company. The response to my refund request was "they do not issue a return label." "Their company is in China." I spent an additional $20 (return receipt requested) to send my articles back to the San Francisco address on the original packaging. This was over 2 weeks ago, I have not received the signed receipt. This is not a reputable company, do not trust NORACORA.”
“Do not buy from this company! They have horrible customer service. I have been trying to return a pair of shoes I got that were way too big, even though I ordered my usual size. I have contacted them 12 times over the last 3 1/2 weeks requesting I return them. I did so within the required time frame to request a return. Most of my emails were not answered or I was sent the same form email from them over and over, even through I answered what was in it the first time it was sent and I asked the to stop sending it to me. Nonetheless they continue to do so. I got one reply saying I requested a return too late, which was false. They did not respond to earlier emails I sent within the allowed time to request a return. I've repeatedly asked to have a supervisor contact me and none has. They just keep replying with the same email... There is no customer service number available to contact them. Their customer service is beyond bad!!!!”

It took almost three months for my order to arrive, and when I would request an order status, they were very uncooperative! Their products are of poor quality, nothing like shown on their website!!! Whether they want to call themselves Noracora or Jayfornice Design, a scam is a scam is a scam. Period. I ordered a simple pair of shoes on 4/30/2020. The money came out of my acct right away. I didn't hear hide nor hare of this place until yesterday 8/7/2020. A full three months plus some change later. Really? I looked at the return address and it states San Francisco. I live in So. California. That can't be right, can it? Until I started reading all the reviews about returning to China. Now everything makes friggin sense, especially the cheap, undersized, ugly-a$$ shoes. “I bought a pair of shoes and a dress: yellow with white flowers. Looked very pretty in the pictures. What a scam! The shoes were the wrong size and flowers on the dress are glued on and after washing it, the flowers are coming undone. If you want to return or if you are seeking a refund, the customer has to pay shipping and custom fees to send the merchandise to China, and then the company would decide whether they will refund or exchange the items. Either way, you loose. Shipping costs to Chine are more than the merchandise is worth.”

Kicking myself to the bank and back. After waiting a month I finally get my clothing and of the 13 items I ordered, only received 10 items Then 8 out of 10 items didn’t fit correctly. The size charts are completely unreliable and material is poor quality. The site shows better material, don’t be fooled they’ve take pictures from other companies and used them for there own site. The company is really from China using a California address if you want to return something, you will be told that you are responsible for shipping costs AND customs fees. They will offer you a 15% refund. I feel like this company stole a large chunk of my money for nothing but junk. We really need to get the word out about this company being a complete rip-off. Clothes are way oversized and made of poor quality materials.
It took over A Month to receive my order!!! Although packages have a return label in California, I’m now being told that I have to ship them back to China!!! However, they’ve offered a 15% rebate “to get clothes adjusted.” That 15% wouldn’t even cover ONE item! They are so big, a tailor/seamstress would have to literally remake each item.
It’s been 3 weeks of emailing them and they still haven’t provided a Return Authorization OR an exact Chinese return address.
So disgusted with their dishonesty but also my own stupidity for using a dot com company with no reputation.”

The clothes were extremely poor quality. I ordered some small and some medium based on how loose they looked. Nothing fit or looked like pic!!
I tried to be compliant with return policy, requesting authorization to return the day after delivery. After 3 emails, they requested additional information that wasn’t provided on original return policy.
I haven’t heard back.
The quality is so poor that I’m trying to decide if I’ll cut up for rags vs donating somewhere!!!

“Everything that could be wrong with an online order is wrong. Two months to arrive, sizes are to small more like child sized. Fabrics are not as described. Stitching on shoes is imperfect. Not the materials expected. I have been trying to return for two weeks. No shipping label has been provided. I spent over 300 US dollars and am very dissatisfied. “I ordered two jumpsuits. The jumpsuits materials were different from what was pictured. However, the outfits are nice. I did hav issue with the company's customer service and mailing my package. You can not call them so you must rely on email and social media. I practically had to threaten them to get an answer about my purchase. It just wasn't worth the hassle.”

They do not issue refunds, only a 15 percent “rebate.” The size chart suggested I order 5 sizes up from my true US size. They were still too small to machine dry. Items quickly fall apart and don’t resemble the catalog photos whatever. Different colors, materials, etc. Total scam! For comedic value, read Noracora’s own fraudulent self-reviews on Trustpilot. Many butchered-English reviews, obviously written by the same person, as phrases repeat through each review, such as “exceptional conveyance,” and many nonsensical, disjointed phrases. They are grossly inflating their own ratings. Never ever ever again!”
