“I would give less than 1 star if available. The quality of the product, the over 2 months is took to receive the poor quality and inconsistently sized merchandise, and the abominable customer service deserve the lowest possible rating. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I felt deceived throughout the process. It took me 9 emails to get information on how to return items. I kept getting the same auto response over and over. The rep offered me 10% and then 25% of the purchase price to just keep the items. I refused their offer on principle. The return shipping cost was extremely unreasonable. I ended up spending 2/3 of what i spent to ship back the items (least expensive method I could find). I have yet to see a refund, but if I get the refund, I will end up getting back what I spent to ship the shoddy product back to China.”

“If I could rate NO STARS, that's what I would do. First off, I'm 100% guilty of not doing my research ahead of time.... Kicking myself hard. The size charts are completely unreliable; after waiting 3 months (yep, you read that right) I was excited to finally get my clothing and of the 10 items I ordered, only 1 thing fit correctly. ONE out of TEN. That in and of itself is frustrating enough but then when you want to return something, you will be told that you are responsible for shipping costs AND customs fees. They will offer you a 15% refund in lieu of shipping items back because apparently the customs fees are THAT expensive. I feel like I have this company a large chunk of my money for nothing at all..... HUGE waste of time, horrible customer service, and products that do not match US sizing. Way too risky to shop here - stay away!!”

“I decided I would give Noracora.com a chance. I ordered several items. I ordered an embroidered dress, 2 linen shorts, and a white T-shirt with a giraffe graphic print. First off, the site claims you will receive your items in 15 days. I received them in a little over a month. I did get an email with a USPS tracking number, but it never tracked. I emailed their customer service with the order number and tracking number. I received a robo email requiring the exact information I provided. I emailed everything again and ne’er received a reply. So, I was hoping for the best. Like I said, I received the items in about a month and a week. The two shorts I ordered were supposed to be cotton/linen. I am a US size 10 in bottoms. I upsized to XXL following their measurements. I was happy with the loose fit but the material is a cheap poly blend. I paid $21 for each short. The white T-shirt with the giraffe print was also a poly cotton blend. The site claims it is cotton. I am a size 12 in tops. I ordered an XL based on their measurements. It fits fine but is really short and definitely not as pictured (loose cotton top). The worst item was a Mexican embroiled dress. The site claims it is cotton. The picture looks like the dress has embroidery (I even zoomed it on it.). The actual dress is a cheap polyester material with a print. Absolutely no embroidery on it. I went to rate the items on their site but I am not allowed to. So, I am assuming the reviews that are on there are absolutely fake. Bottom line: Poor quality products that you pay too much for, false advertising, poor customer service. Report them to The Federal Trade Commission and to Google Advertising. You are better off buying clothes from Walmart.”

What a nightmare of a company!
I ordered almost $200 worth of clothing. After almost 5 weeks the clothing arrived.. cheap cheap fabrics. I followed the size charts.. way off, they were so small I could not come close to buttoning!
I have sent multiple requests for returns will all the item information and I constantly receive a generic email saying they got my request and someone will reply with in 24 hours!!
Well shocking they never reply!!!
Here is the kicker .. you only have 15 days to return but Noracora will not send an authorization code or the return address!!!
DO NOT SPEND $1 with this company!!

“Three problems i believe will be helpful for future buyers:
1. Do buy anything you want to wear this year. their delivery of items takes a long time.
2. Buy one or two sizes bigger than you are. The blouses i purchased were smaller than expected and got even smaller after the first wash. I had to give them all away.
3. The blouses i purchased were not as nice as the pictures on the web but they are cheap so you get what you pay for.”
“I would give them 0 stars if possible. I should have researched them before buying. Just like others, I waited 2 months with repeated non-responses to where my item was. They are complete scammers. Do not buy. Item came after 3 months. I had already gotten my money back because it was thru paypal and they couldnt get any response either. I actually laughed when I opened it. Looked like a 4 yr old made it, threads hanging everywhere, wrong color, sizing was literally about 4 sizes too small. I ordered an XL, the one I got was barely a Medium. You cant reach any real person there. Must have children making these garments. Horrible. They need to shut them down. The clothes are attractive on their website, but not in person. Material horrible as well. Buyer beware!!! I would imagine their returns must be a nightmare as well since no one responds. They just want you to give up. TOTAL FRAUD”

“I bought what I thought were leather sandals from this site and they took so long to get here to New York that I ask them for the tracking. I saw that’s they were held up in China in customs for four days. If I’d have known They were made in China I would never have ordered them. This site taught me not to assume anything about something I want to order online.”

“My $133.00 order came finally after nearly 2 mos & After 4-5 emails. What a waste of $133.00. 1) The clothes do not fit @all, everything is miss sized & way too small. I wear XL But I ordered XXXL or 3XL because reviews said clothes ran very small. 2)The clothes look nothing like the nice looking fashions I picked out, that were pictured nor what they were described as. 3)Items were stated to be embroidered yet the design is Not it’s simply printed on the fabric. 4)The pictures look great but trust me this is not what you get, the quality’s poor, the designs are miss represented , The Colors are totally different, the description is nothing like what I got for any of the 6 items I paid for, nothing fits. 5)The size chart they use is bogus. I’m only writing this review because I want to prevent people from wasting their time & money like I did. It’s too much trouble & expense to return the 6 items to China where they are made, I will give away or donate them. Lesson learned don’t ever buy from Asia, read reviews carefully before purchasing. Norcora is associated with another co named Rossellini so Buyer beware Both these companies show the same beautiful pictures but I was mislead not one of the 6 items I paid for is worth even $5 the material, workmanship, is all trash. Sorry this was my experience.”

“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NORACIRA. ITS A Rip-OFF!! They get your money immediately but you wait forever to receive your order. My order took two months to receive. I tried to contact customer service email; what a joke! Non-Existent; you get the same computerized response no matter how many times you write or what you say. There is no phone number. Their supposed “tracking” does not work. I ordered 19 items and a straw hat. When they arrived everything was all jammed into a plastic big the size of a grocery bag. Needless to say the hat crushed and now totally useless! All clothes and earrings are very poor quality, cheap and flimsy; sizes are extremely smaller than what I ordered and what the label says, I can’t wear any of it; items ordered do not look like what is pictured.
