“The merchandise is not wearable. The sizes are not what they should be. BUT MOST OF ALL YOU HAVE A POOR RETURN FOR THE PURCHASE. I ORDERED-&$127.00worth of clothing which none could I wear or would wear and all you offer in terms of returning is $30.00 which you state I can use to remake the Garment. I’m not a seamstress nor would never get the garments to be presentable. I’m referring to NoraCora as if I’m talking to them. “Chinese scammers! The package arrived one month after the order. I bought 6 items. One item not delivered. Very poor quality clothing, nothing to do with the pictures on their website. No return address on the website. You have to contact customer service for return approval and then they give you a return address. RETURN ADDRESS IN CHINA! The customer pays for the return fee. My return shipping fee is $50 and will take a month to receive a refund. I will report them!!”

“Whatever you do, do NOT order from this company. First of all it took two months for my package to reach me, and when I wrote to them I just got a canned automated response. The tracking number they gave me was useless.
When the clothing I ordered finally came, the quality was dreadful. It looked nothing like what they had posted.....the fabrics were cheap looking and the patterns were just imprinted onto the fabric to make it look incredibly cheap and ugly to be quite honest. I would never even attempt to get a refund and it would take months to get the clothing returned to them and probably cost more than what I paid for the clothing. I learned my lesson and will never order from a company without reading their reviews. The only good thing is that I only spend $65; it could have been a lot worse.”

They don’t respond to emails and when they do they’ll offer to credit you 15% on a $138 purchase, which is $20.70! Same story as others on here. I order 4 items in May 2020. It's now Aug. 14 and supposedly my items have been sitting in a warehouse in California since July 12. I've emailed the company several times, each time getting a different "customer service' person: Christine Wu, Alice, Rachel, Merry (trying desperately to sound American I suppose); one of them even wrote, "We are so sorry to hear that you still have not receive the items.Your parcels are still in transit. Pls be more patient about it."

At this point and after reading the other reviews concerning the fabric and sizing, I no longer want any of them. I'd bet $1000 that every one of the positive reviews on here is a fraud.

“First of all, they don't disclaim anywhere they are based in China. There's no contact info or address except one email address. I ordered two shirts for my daughter's b-day thinking it would arrive in a week. It didn't. After contacting them by email twice I got automated reply with general info. After one month first shirt arrived and was missing a pocket that was supposed to be according to design. Second shirt still hasn't arrived. I don't think returning will be possible either, most likely you have to pay for return shipping yourself and hope they reimburse at least for the items, but very unlikely.”

“Company appears as if it's located in UK. Address does not exist and it seems to be a Chinese company. Order arrived in about 3 shipments, 5-6 week delivery. From China. Fits are way off, low quality, cheaply made. In inquired about returning my entire $125 order. Shows on site that returns are easy. Not the case. I was told returns are costly and expensive so I was offered a 15% discount to keep order. I declined and requested return instructions. Instead I was given a 25% offer, then 35%. I should've just filed a complaint with my credit card co, as obviously this a a fraudulent company. Incorrect location, not easy return, miles of complaints. Instead I took their 50% offer and dumped the clothes. lesson learned. Never again with these online companies. Scammers and fraudsters.”
“This company is pretty much a total scam. I placed an order for four tops and they took three months to get here. The company sent me fake tracking notices to buy time and would not cancel my order. They finally arrived and aren't fit for rags. They are sized for children and the quality is beyond poor. None of these tops are even wearable.
You can't return them as the cost to ship them to China is more than they are worth. Save your money and DO NOT buy from Noracora. Check out their reviews on numerous other websites and you'll read similar stories. They should not be allowed to do business in the US.”
