“Sorry but noracora is a credit card scam company. They stole $149 off my MasterCard and also stole $3.99 off a Visa card used at a Shell gas station in Tacoma Washington. Presently, do have an investigation ongoing.
The clothes look really nice online and was very disappointed to be caught up in there scam.”

“I hesitated a lot about writing this review because I don't like to give bad reviews. Unfortunately in this case, I feel it's my obligation to tell prospective buyers my experience with NORACORA.
The pictures of their items that they post ARE NOT real. Let me explain. Those pictures don't portray the items they they sell. They are pictures of possibly original items, but what they send to you are just crude imitations of the original products. To put it bluntly, they are CHEAP.
Of course, the product is cheap because their prices are low, so you get what you pay for, really. What I despise is being cheated through false advertising.
Also their customer service is NOT a service. Wherever they are located (I don't know and wish to not know ever because I want to FORGET this experience), customer service has nothing to do with the customer service I am familiar with, that of the US, for instance. I ordered a scarf in green and they sent me the same scarf but in purple. Although I pointed out that it was THEIR mistake, they would not offer to issue a return label. Instead they told me to send it back, insured, to WHEREVER they are located, outside the US... very far from the US. After a lot of correspondence, back and forth, they did offer a discount of 50 percent. The item had cost me under 13 dollars, so I refused it. Six dollars dollars would not make me richer and probably would make a difference to them.
I just wish I never came across NORACORA.
However, today I saw a NORACORA advertisement on my iphone and, heck, their products do look good in the pictures. BEWARE, they are not pictures of the items that you will receive.
Consider yourself warned. I would not be fine with my conscience if I didn't warn you.

“Nothing like the picture on their website. The description of the item is a Asymmetrical Long Sleeve Stripes Casual Sweater. I received a really thin cheap quality polyester shirt.
Shipping it back to China will cost around what I paid for the item. What you see is not what you get!”
“Tops and shoes are mostly ALL adorable. However, tennis shoes begin separating from sole quickly, starting at heel. Last holiday top I ordered for a gift looked like wine glass with Santa hat all sparkly n sequined in pic came with dull faded applique looking like over-washed thrift store top.
Now for the boots. Started separating from toe down on inside after 6 hrs of wear.
Bought different style that had huge humps inside between arch n heel that I figured must need to be taken out, but just top side of waffle sole underneath, and you can't smooth them out, the cardboard goes from heel to toe with 1 inch speed bump.
Never again, no matter how many compliments on how cute, I will let everyone know.

“I had a complicated return and exchange customer care did a wonderful job in solving the issue. he was informative, quickly understood what I needed, and resolved the issue.Managed to get my dollars $$ back I ordered three dresses for my wife that looks like they might be cotton according to the pictures and it turned out to be some kind of shiny stretchy material it was not at all like the pictures. The clothing is cheaply made and it is twice the price. The material is cheap and nastyThey took over a month to give me my order then it was pure junk cheap . My item came and was nothing like the photo on website. Colours completely different. I have tried to look for a customer service contact i went on the .i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight four five seven Nine five 3 zero nine NINE - I contacted them when my line was connected with customer service agent they help to send this item back for a refund after waited 30 minute i got my money refunded from them”

“Ordered 2 pairs of shoes both the same size. One was an inch smaller. The fabric on one pair feels like cardboard. I have never seen anything like it. After reading about the hassle of returning items, I will just chalk this up to "lessen learned" and cross this company off my list.”
