“I ordered 5 items for $120. The first item took 3 weeks to arrive. 3 items took over 4 weeks. One item never did arrive. All of the items I received looked nothing like the photo and the fabric quality was not good. The sizes were way too big. I could not get approval for a refund because all of the items had not been received. I thought I would pay for shipping myself to return the items. They came from China and the cost to return was $85. I gave the cloths to the Goodwill and Paypal helped me get a refund. I would not buy from this company.”
“We notified them of the problems with orders after 3 days their responsesaid they would send us the information needed to return them in 48 hrs we never received that information just 2 adds promoting new products. They had no problem charging my account twice. I have one duplicate top size small (I already received the same item at a size large , so I do not need this one I also received a duplicate tee shirt which I had already received and a floral tee shirt which I had already received. I was merely trying to be honest and return these duplicate items. I have never received a dress I ordered, who knows where that is. All in all I find your attitude and manner unbuisness like and unprofessional. My mother told me a long time ago that if anything seems to good to be true it usually is and she was right I will be sure to warn American customers of the poor service you give.”

Cutefiti, Rosegal, AnnieCloth, Noracora and lots of other stupid names that make no sense. Why does this keep going on and on? When enough people have complained how shitty this is you all just come up with another name and do the same thing with the same clothes.. We work hard for our money and you give Asians a bad rep. “I ordered several pieces of clothing on 3-21-21. The money was taken out of my MasterCard account on 3-22-21. My orders show processing and when I check my payment info it shows “No orders made” and items still in cart. I have emailed everyday with no response. Site says that they will respond in 24 hours. But I haven’t received any response yet!”

“This was my second try to order from Noracora. The first time the clothes were too big. I ordered the same size and the clothes were too small. I ordered a size 10 US shoe and they sent a size 12 US. The quality of fabric was very poor. Overall very dissatisfied. I think they know people won't return the merchandise and they keep the money by default. Should not be allowed to operate in the U. S.”

“I had ordered two items, one sweater was acceptable, the other cardigan was garbage: the thread is very thin and warned out very quickly, would not even stand a single wash. When I tried to ship it back, I was told by their customer service that it would cost me almost $20, because they ship it to China!! Weird, especially since the label on the original package said it shipped from California...they tried to convince me to accept a $5 refund.
I refused and posted a review on their website, and they asked me to remove it against a $15 refund. No kidding? I didn't remove it but they manage to flag it and it was removed.

“This is the worst company. Everything is sized much larger than they say. You cannot return it. To do a return they want it tracked, to ship about $140.00 worth back it would cost me $75.00 to track it. The quality is terrible. They are based out of China and returns have to go back to China. They don't have a US based warehouse to take returns. They have not been helpful at all. This is a scam! They do business on other names also.”

Very disappointed in the sizing, I ordered "Large" as I currently am wearing a size "14", and should've matched their size chart. However, on receiving my clothing, the dresses are more like a "10-12". One dress I couldn't get it passed my shoulders.. I am a qualified dressmaker, and never have the time to research fabrics etc when I am so busy.. In reality, some fabrics are not what they seem to be online, and further, when ordering the long version of a garment, I was delivered a short version. This really did my head in.. I am about to make contact with the company and complain, and will have to return all 5 garments, get them replaced, or, as I do not have anyone that I can pass them on too, request upsizing or my money back.”

I recently purchased 3 tops from this company. Upon receipt all three were 1 size too small and one even had red sauce spilled down the front! It took 3 or more emails to get a response from their ‘chat room’. They responded that it would be better for me to keep the soiled and too small merchandise and accept a 15 PERCENT refund for clothes I could not wear and one that was worn by who knows? It was explained that it was too expensive for ME to pay fees and postage to CHINA. This was never explained in their advertising and hah I known, would never have ordered (neither would anyone else). I am 79 years old and could really not afford being scammed and have NOTICED to show for it. I will keep writing complaints to everyone I can find including the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and State Attorneys Office. Surely someone will be able to assist me.”

I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store.
