“The VPN service is good and the support replied on time. Only issues is that it takes a while to effectively been connected to the VPN. It seems there is a short delay between the UI saying your are connected and the effective connection. We experienced this issue many times, so be careful and wait some time before navigating or calling services behind the VPN. Connection from the CLI on Linux, you can clearly see this delay due to the gateway list to be downloaded (after you connect), with a sleep of at least 20 seconds you can be sure the connection to the gateway will be effective, hence navigating behind the VPN.”

“Hello, I'm rather pleased with the support of Nord VPN, the reaction to chat or mail, is always prompt. There was a case of no or late payment from our side, therefore the service was stopped, as a customer I would have like an upfront message on this.”

“Application is very easy to use. Help chat is very helpful, and fast response. Security function around admin panel could be a bit more strengthen. (For example, the function to monitor the activities of general users (no. of devices installed, their security level), and the security function of administrator itself.)”
