Thank you, Nordstrom, for making my day with my 93-year-old mother wonderful!!! It all started with David in the shoe department. David is a fabulous salesman. David was wonderful he answered all my questions looked at the shoes my mother was wearing and brought out additional pairs that would work and they did!! The waitress in the cafe was also a treat we sit for lunch and tells my mother about the special that was lamb which is my mother's favorite and she loved it. We continued on to another department cannot remember the name, but they were so respectful of my mother they found her a chair and she continued to find a shirt and a jacket that she liked!!! We had the best day I just want to thank Nordstroms for having such wonderful employees representing the company. Thank you for the memories!!! Diane Baldwin

I returned Jeffrey Campbell shoes and reordered a different size, (women’s shoe department Fashion Valley store #360) on 12/27/2022. On 12/29/2022, I realized that I had tucked Christmas money gifts in 3 envelopes on the inside of the shoebox of the returned shoes. I called Nordstrom the morning of the 29th and spoke to a sales associate in the women’s shoe department, who checked for the shoes in the stockroom. He stated he saw the shoes, but nothing was in the box. Shortly thereafter I called Nordstrom’s lost and found department and spoke to a woman, (I won’t disclose her name). I explained what happened and she informed me that she would have to pass this on to the manager of the women’s shoe department. She took my number and asked for the Reg# 4353 and Tran# 4467. Sometime later that morning, I received a call back from the women’s shoe department manager, ( I won’t disclose her name). She readily stated, “yes I remember the shoes because I put new tissue paper in the box when they were put back in the stockroom,” “there was nothing in the box.” Yes, I realize other sales associates could have handled the returned shoes by this time. However, I found it odd that the manager did not ask me who did the initial return, that she so remembered. I volunteered the name of the sales associate who did the initial return and asked her to check with him. She said she would and rushed me off the phone with these words “good luck.” Although I know someone within the women’s shoe department claimed my Christmas money gifts in the returned shoe box, I will not get my money gift back. I take responsibility for the error of not checking the shoe box before returning the shoes. Honestly, I had forgotten that I stuck the envelopes on the side of the box. Just thought I would check, realizing some people are honest and some are not. Perhaps they needed my money gifts more than me!!!…anyway whoever found my Christmas money, enjoy!!!

Went to Nordstrom today ! Watched Sarah graceful address a man walking in with a 10 year old boy ( no mask on boy) and man didn’t cover his nose. She handled it professionally and respectful! As a fellow shopper can’t get over how many men mostly not wearing mask , show some respect and try at always! Sarah provides excellent Customer service to my 23 year old and myself ( friendly , checked frequently if we needed anything else and not pushy ! She made our experience wonderful! Definitely going back .

Always good quality. I have received several dresses and pleased with them all but one which I returned because it did not fit. Good return policy. Very reputable. I would recommend this company.

Bought my mom something for her birthday, but she didn't like it. They gave a full refund and treated me so nicely. Will be back :)

I shopped at Nordstrom at South Point Mall in Durham, NC on March 5, 2018.I had a salesperson who assisted me in the shoe department who went beyond what is expected of an employee. His name is Dezi Johnson and he is without question exceptional!

First of all to all the people who return things shame on you.This store has been around for a long time and they do a great job I think all the probs you customers have is yourselves I'd like to see you people try to keep such a successful store together for soooo many years

When my order didn't arrive instead of giving me the runaround she asked if I would like a replacement or refund. The customer service rep kept it short sweet and to the point, I have had SOOOOOO many negative experiences when a shipping company miss delivers I was not expecting this to be any different. (The woman who helped me was Nakeyda Y.) I am going to be going out of my way to shop at Nordstroms this Christmas.

Nordstrom is always easy to work with as far as exchanges go, I typically purchase shoes from them on-line and if for some reason the fit/size is not perfect they will exchange them in store or via return shipment. Their customer service is wonderful most of the time. I love the options and quality that is offered at Nordstrom, I am a shopper for life!

Nordstrom carries the highest quality brands all in one place. The BEST thing about Nordstrom is their free shipping and returns, that is what keep customers coming back.

I recently ordered a Frye Campus Shopper bag from Nordstrom. It arrived quickly, was well-packaged and looked exactly as described online. Love it and am looking forward to using it on an upcoming trip. One wish: I wish Frye made an insert/organizer available to purchase for this tote. Since the leather is beautifully soft, the bottom of the bag sags a little when carrying a 13 inch laptop inside. Will be keeping my eye out for an organizer that will fit, in the meantime.

They always have the merchandise that I am interested in available in my size and shipping is always on the low end of the estimate. Customer service for returns is super easy, and the representatives you deal with are outstanding.

Love this store! Always quality merchandise and classy designs. My husband loves the men's shoe department--honestly, nothing like it anywhere. The fact that they continually assess designs and make decisions about whether merchandise is meeting the needs of their customers is what sets them apart from other stores. Thanks Nordstrom for making "retail therapy" so satisfying!

Long time customer. Tops for quality and unbelievable service. I even read the book the Nordstrom way to teach our teams how to do it right. Retail is about performance so if you don't outdo other brands your gone. Capitalism at its best. For those that are naysayers pay no mind, keep focused on what you do best, selling great products and providing outstanding service. I'm not going anywhere!

Always polite. Always good products and service. Thank you for dropping the Ivanka Trump line, for whatever business reasons you have, I support Nordstrom as I think the Trumps are mashing their personal fortunes with the office he holds. Thank you Nordstrom
