Similar to other complaints, I ordered shoes for a xmas gift 3 wks ago and I keep tracking them and they never leave the post office 50 miles away. I call customer svc & they tell me they were rtnd. I am like I did not get them & then she says they were rtnd by the post office. I said they never even went to my post office. She says the store will ship them out today. Never got them after another 7 days. I ckd online & it says they were rtnd & I rcvd a refund, I did not. I called again & she insists they were rtnd again and refunded to me but she will put in another ticket to ask about the refund & sd I can't call back for 7 more days. If I still don't have a refund in 7 days, I can ask to talk to a mgr. This is ridiculous! In the meantime they are holding the shoes & the $120, like give me one or the other.

Worst customer service ever! TEDIOUS! TEDIOUS! TEDIOUS! Some b. s. About the system was slow! I spent over an hour just time to place a simple order!!! UGH.

Im really disappointed because Nordstrom had always been so great. I ordered online a pair of jeans and shoes. I tried the jeans on and they were too big but I happened to notice that the tag that was attached was the size I ordered but the inside tags were a size bigger. Very strange and has never happened before. I wasn’t all that upset because I called them expecting them to take care of it because I had never had an issue with their customer service in the past. They were very strange on the phone and put me on hold and said they would “research“ what happened and call back in three business days. I honestly was shocked because even a normal store would usually offer to order the right size and they never called me back. All of the Nordstrom’s that I used to go to have closed so I am done with them. I returned everything at a Nordstrom rack. I feel like this is just representative of what services like today aka there is none.

Whats happening to Nordstroms? I was at the Old orchard to day. The girl in the bra department was so rude. They have always had such nice people working the stores.

Bad service had to track down sales person for prices and wanted to buy purse sales girl put purse back on shelf for sale . Dress code horrible sloppy in oak brook . Very poor service thru out service even in makeup and products did not know what they sold !!!

I ordered Lancome Eyeshadow Primer. What I received was some sort of shampoo that wasn't even made by Lancome. I tried to contact customer service, but the wait was too long. I commented on Customer Feedback, included my email, waiting to hear from Nordstrom. I never received a response.

I haven't had a problem with shipping until my last order. Allowing for the fact they are slow, I thought I placed the order in enough time. However, they still haven't shipped it and it will be too late. I'm not sure why it is so slow - I recently ordered something from the UK that arrived in less time than my Nordstrom orders! I wanted to point out that Customer Service recommended that they request the package be returned from the carrier, once they ship it. They say they will credit the account like a refund when that happens. That's an alternative if you find yourself in the same position. It's too early to tell how well that actually will work, so I took a screen shot of the Chat to be safe.

I should have read all of these reviews before I placed an order. The item i received was not what was detailed in the description and each time I spoke w/ someone they told me that is not what I ordered. They do not have the full set and of course to return it I will have to pay. Very, very disappointing.

Nordstrom is no longer the store that it once was for quality clothing from respected manufacturers. Actually it hasn’t been now for several years. So very disappointing.

I have always been a fan of Nordstrom and your customer service. I have a Nordstrom note for over $100 that expired 2 weeks ago, meaning that I shop there quite frequently. I asked at the store about using the expired note to make a purchase and was told no. I called the rewards number and was again told there is no way for me to use my note. I'm so disappointed in this policy.

Purchased a beauty collection set and was told I would be receiving a free gift with purchase. When received, no gift was included. I contacted customer care asking what happened. They said it was their mistake and that they would not do anything about it. If I really wanted to, I could return product. So their mistake is my problem. Dismissive and wasteful. I will never shop at Nordstrom again.

I don't need my shopping trips politicized. And I prefer not to do business with those who are obviously dishonest. If dropping Ivanka Trump's line was not political, where are the announcements of all of the other lines you have dropped over the years? I could care less about your politics. Shopping is a leisure activity and I don't have to agree with the politics of the businesses I buy from. But I do have an expectation of honesty. You have lost my trust. If you don't announce every product line you drop from now on, it will prove your dishonesty and hypocrisy. I expect disappointment.
