“I recently purchased a Mercedes SLK 200 from Northover Cars. From start to finnish the service and help I received was second to none. Although the vehicle was 58 registered, it was presented to me in "as new" condition. I could not fault it in any way. Many thanks to all concerned for a superb car and a most pleasant. Buying experience.”

“Very friendly approach, I was given plenty of time to check out the car and a lengthy test drive. I was also given a fair price for the car I traded in. After taking possession of the car, the battery went flat. I was promptly given a refund from Northover Cars for the battery I purchased. My only observation is that I would have liked a brief tour of the car and an explanation of the systems and controls before driving away, It wasn't a major issue, and I am sure that I would have been given the advice if I had asked for it. All in all, a very positive experience - I would definitely consider buying another car from Northover.”

“Excellent service and did everything they said they would do. Very patient with my work committments until I could visit and view the car myself. Not being mechanically minded an RAC check confirmed I was buying an excellent car which needed few things tweaking and Stuart arranged those to be done. Its been a real pleasure to drive and well worth the price. I would have no hesitation in buying another convertible from Stuart and Northover Cars. Can highly recommend them.”

“My CLK350 was way more impressive in the flesh, the photo's made it look good, but up close it was in superb condition. Matthew just gave my the keys and said "off you go, don't need me getting in the way of your test drive". Never before have I been to a dealership that has done that! Both Stuart and Matthew's relaxed (non-pushy) approach to the whole process was so refreshing, would I buy another car from them? To quote a recently ex-labour leader "hell yes!".”

“I think the team at Northover Cars are excellent. I specified a particular make of car with various requirements and 'hey presto' they found one within a few weeks! I love the car, it is just what I wanted. I will use Northover when I feel it is time for another change of wheels.”

“I bought a car from Northover Cars over the phone, totally unseen, on the word of Stuart that the car was immaculate and that I would not be disappointed. The car was delivered by their driver Steve at a pre arranged point just off the A1(M) mid-way between Glasgow and Kent at 8.30am on a glorious sunny morning. Not only did Steve arrive on time but had washed and dried the car at a car-wash before he let me see it ........ a very thoughtful touch that was appreciated. How right Stuart was, the car is stunning and runs beautifully, my drive home was a delight and the following week I was on my way up north for a week-end break..... another 700mls on the clock. Northover Cars certainly did a great job and were true to their word in every way, they did all the paperwork for me and even sent up new plates for my private number. I bought this car unseen on what I was told and would not hesitate to trust their word again. Many thanks to Stuart and Steve”

“Just to say that I recently purchased a beautiful 2008 Mercedes CLK 280 CONVERTIBLE from this company. I dealt through Stuart and found him and his colleague, Malcolm most professional in every way. The car was beautifully prepared, is an absolute joy to drive and has been given a top line " bill of health " from my local Mercedes garage. Thank you Stuart.!”

“We spotted the car on autotrader and contacted Stuart at Northover cars. He was very helpful and realising we were travelling from East Yorkshire to Kent, knew it was a long way to go to view a car and was therefore very accommodating. The Northover website gave us confidence that we were dealing with a reputable company and we were not dissapointed. Everything was as promised and the guys were a pleasure to do business with. If and when I chooose to change the car I will be visiting Northovers website first.”

“I saw the car online, as I lived over 5 hours away i contacted Northover Cars. Stuart was very helpful and reassuring when I parted with my deposit without seeing the car he made me feel confident in him and the garage. Arrived at the garage and was made to feel very welcome in a relaxed atmosphere nothing was too much trouble. The car was stunning as described I had nothing to worry about, I'm absolutely delighted, even with the distances involved I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Stuart & Matthew again @ Northover Cars. Thank you boys I'm driving my dream xx”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the guys from Northover Cars and my experience of buying a car from them. From start to finish they were fair, accommodating and honest. The car we bought is of exceptional quality, was exactly as advertised (we paid a deposit without actually seeing it), in fact the advert was removed from the internet as soon as we paid a deposit. Their customer service was great, knowing that I had travelled over the Dartford Crossing, they almost insisted on paying my toll. Having looked at getting a Mercedes for some time, I did deal with Mercedes directly about buying a car from them and I must say the two are incomparable. I would choose Northover Cars every time and I thoroughly recommend them.”

“I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz CLK 220 convertible. This was honestly my dream car. When we got to the showroom she was sitting on the tarmac roof down looking gorgeous. The guys were courteous and made us a lovely cup of tea on a freezing cold day. They took their time and answered all our questions then took us both for a test drive. The car was immaculate and drove like a dream. They delivered my car to the door the following week and gave me a full tank of petrol. They also sent me the Blue Tooth connector for my mobile phone. I love my car and thank them for their assistance. When I am ready for my next Mercedes I will go to North over without a doubt. Thank you both.”

“My experience with Northover Cars was very positive. We were left alone to view the car without pressure. We were told to take the car for a drive for half an hour if we liked. The car was immaculate as were all the others displayed on their forecourt. They source a selection of beautifully presented cars. The transaction was completed quickly and smoothly making it as easy for me as possible. This has been my first weekend with my car and so far I'm feeling very happy with my purchase.”

“We had looked around quite a few garages in the Canterbury area before a random online advert took us to Northover, and I have to say I am glad it did as not only did I find my perfect little car, we also received fantastic service there! I really cannot praise Northover cars enough, the salesman was very customer focused (and also good fun!) and answered any questions we had in detail. There was no pressure to purchase at all when we were looking around! My sister and I also commented on how well presented the showroom and staff were in general. The whole process was simplistic and they really worked hard to take the fuss out of buying a car – I have already recommended Northover to friends and family and will continue to do so! Many thanks to you for great service, I genuinely love my little Mini and am glad that we found Northover Cars!”

“I am local and over the years have often admired the cars in north over when passing. I needed to buy a second car and I saw a beautiful little Mercedes within my price range sitting outside. I spoke to the salesman matthew who was a little sweetie being patient with my many questions and after a test drive and a couple of days to persuade my husband to buy it I went back and bought it. I am very happy with the service he gave us from start to finish. At first I was a little hesitant after reading some very grudging reviews obviously from one person with the same spelling trying to pretend to be different customers possibly another business, who knows. I spoke to my friends about the garage and they had known of locals that had bought from there and we're happy with their cars and when I came to pay I met some old friends that were looking at a car and they told me they had previously bought from matthew which proved that my judgement was right and the garage had been unfairly reviewed. My friends are now very jealous that I have a beautiful car bought for a decent price and will look there in the future if they want that type of car.”
