“I bought a Mercedes SLK from Northover Cars in February 2015. From the outset they were friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with. The car was in excellent condition, well turned out and is running extremely well. Their after sales service has been very good; there were a couple of small issues which Northover Cars have dealt quickly. I would have no hesitation in returning to Northover Cars when in the market for another car.”

“I have just purchased my 4th vehicle from Nothover. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for quality used premium brand cars. The dars are always well prepared and competitively priced. The primary reason I continue to return to buy my vehicles is the whole Northover team are extremely helpful and the customer service is excellent. Modern cars are very complex pieces of equipment and any used vehicle can have problems, I have to say that whenever I have had a problem Northover have been superb in handling everything and doing everything they can to resolve as quickly as possible with the minimum of inconvenience. It is rare that i have such confidence when buying any car. If your looking for a premium brand car, look no further.”

“I have never bought a car 'remotely' before, therefore I was concerned living in Devon a couple of hundred miles away from Northover Cars. However everything went really well and to plan plus the quality of the vehicle was exceptional as promised. I was also impressed that the one slight issue (understandable) was resolved promptly and very positively. I would certainly recommend NC to others. Many thanks MB”

“We found your garage such a pleasure to deal with making the whole experience of buying our Mercedes better than that of the Main Dealers we visited prior to our selection. “Dear Stuart. Just a quick note to say how delighted I am with the Ford Fiesta that I purchased from you last week. Whilst I appreciate this is not the normal type of car you sell as it was a part exchange, I feel compelled to say that while I only spent under £6000, the level of courtesy and customer service was no different than if I had been buying a much more expensive car from a main dealer. “Superb aftersales service from Northover - they made the whole purchase process easy and smooth from start to finish. Have already recommended and will be coming back for my next car. I recently purchased just the car I'd been looking for from here on the recommendation of a few friends. A slight technical problem was instantly dealt with by Northover, including the loan of another Mercedes courtesy car. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“I have just purchased another car, my fourth from Northover Cars in twelve years. This time a BMW to celebrate my retirement, the last two cars being Volkswagen, both of which are still within the immediate family down to their longevity I’m sure due in no small part to their quality and specification when purchased. The cars are still serviced and maintained by the firm recommended by the company. We drive the 30 or so miles from home to the showrooms, a member of staff takes the car for its service whilst we spend the day in whitstable. We get a call from one of the staff to say the car is ready and has been collected, and in turn someone will drive to pick us up in Whitstable to take us back to the show rooms in nearby Tankerton. I ramble on to convey all this in an effort express our experiences with this company over the years. We have friends and aquaintances who share similar experiences as I’m sure will future prospective customers.”

“I just wanted to drop you a line to say how delighted I am with my new SLK. As you know I travelled a long distance to view the car and cannot thank you enough for your kind offer to deliver the car to my home address free of charge. Your driver Steve was not only punctual but he went to the trouble of finding a hand car wash to have the car re-cleaned after the long journey. This is outstanding service and I will tell all my friends about your garage. Thank you again.”

“I purchased my Mercedes CLK in December 2014, the service and attention to customer needs was very good, as was the quick response and service with aftercare, to such an extent that my parents (Who are usually main agent only people) bought an e-class from them in February. On both occassions the cars were presented very well and were ready on time with a smooth handover. I would definetly reccommend that you view these cars before committing elsewhere.”

“I saw the car I was interested in on the website via Auto Trader , I travelled from the Isle Of Wight to Whitstable and was not disappointed to find find car was exactly as described on website Brian was very helpful when I took car for test drive answering all my queries. Stewart then took care of all the paperwork including transfer of my registration plate, Matthew then delivered the car to me in Southampton very good efficient service Well pleased !”
