“Bought a sofa tray engraved. The item came back saying "reserved for reserved for" asked for another sent out asap and I was told it's my fault and that all they would do is offer me 15% if I bought a second one off them today. I am now down £37 and have no gift to give. The customer service was not helpful tried to upload pic of item but It keeps saying try again later which I will do”
“Fault with their website and order was doubled up. Spoke to customer service who refused to do anything even though it was their mistake! So avoid as very poor customer service. Buy from Amazon instead.”
“I joined NOTHS as a seller a few years ago and have been consistently underwhelmed by the platform.
Becoming a seller was an investment that didn’t pay off for me. Apart from the initial joining fee, I put a lot of effort into my e-shop but only ever received a small amount of orders. I had problems with their online sellers platform which resulted in multiple attempts to contact them and no resolution for the problem. In the end I resorted to contacting the CEO directly and am in the process of trying to remove my profile from the website (wish me luck!).
My advice to other would-be sellers is to avoid this platform. NOTHS are quick to take your money and a cut of your sales. The support for sellers is negligible.”
