“Excellent quality products which were different from anything else I have seen. Their full price items are extremely good value and sales seem genuine. Many products are also free delivery and you are told that as soon as you view the item. I get the impression that this is a very honest internet retailer and will definitely make further purchases.”

“The goods I had ordered were out of stock and I was sent a replacement by the seller which I didn't want. Customer Services were speedy at answering the phone, dealt with my questions politely and efficiently and arranged a complete refund including all postage charges without quibbling. Their subsequent emails were friendly and informative. I have ordered from them before and been entirely satisfied with the goods; now I know that they also deal with problems really well I shall certainly order from them again!”

“I wanted a little something different for a christening present. Something that would be used and not stored in a cupboard and never polished. Not on the high street offered great choice, and I managed to get a little boy a wooden box engraved with his birthday and christening details. Fantastic quality, and reasonably priced.”
