I placed an order on 6th January, today is the 6th Feb and I still have not received it. Do not recommend you buy from them!!!!

I really do not want to slate this company as products look class . But I paid & ordered but now they won’t contact poor service and aftercare

I'll never use this website again or purchase from any sellers. Ordered a precious present for my husbands special birthday, weeks ago. I did not hear back for ages so was worried they'd somehow missed my order. When I finally did hear back, I had an estimated delivery date of almost 3 weeks since I placed the initial order. Of course, the item did not arrive. I contacted the seller to be given a lame apology and asking to confirm my address when they clearly already have it on the system- just an excuse to waste more of my time- I thought I could trust sites like this but clearly not. So thanks for giving me a rubbish first impression. I'll be advising everyone I know to steer clear!

Absolute disgraceful quality, item broken, packaging rubbish I have just wasted £50 on an item which I probably will not get back as customer service is NIL>

I ordered a personalised Christmas card for my grandchildren on 2/12/21, when it hadn’t arrived by 15/12/21 I contacted Not on the High Street and received an email saying it I would receive it by 17/12/21 ,I am still waiting ! I have tried contacting the seller but to no avail. Today I sent an email to Not on the High Street but the automated reply said it would take up to 3 days for my message to be dealt with. I am extremely unhappy with the service ,or should I say lack of it. All I want to know is where my order is and I’m finding it impossible to speak to anybody about it. It is now too late to post this card in time for Christmas! Very disappointed!!!!!

**Is this a scam website?** Ordered a Christmas present on 8th December. Was informed that it was on its way 9th December. Today is 21st December and it has still not arrived. It appears to be impossible to contact any one at the company: - Conveniently, their phone lines are down and not working - Complaints page on website does not exist - No clear process to deal with a scenario like this - Sent emails but had no response A complete waste of my time trying to contact them and I am now missing a Christmas present. Very disappointing experience.

This company has the greatest stuff, but the WORST customer service. I have been burned before and keep forgetting and coming back, but this time was too much. I was online shopping after receiving a 15% voucher code via e-mail. I saw the same code online (no expiry time listed). I then spent over an hour browsing their (admittedly beautiful stuff) only to check out and find the code not working. When I called, they said the code had expired - 2 minutes before I checked out! After being on the site for over an hour! "Nothing they could do", apparently - but having run my own website for years, I know companies can always honour a discount. They have become greedy, soul-sucking corporates now, who don't care about their customers of 15 years so I won't be shopping here again.

Item arrived and was nothing like the pictures advertised. Seller refused to refund and not on the high street were zero help. Terrible customer service from both the seller and noths.

I ordered & paid for a personalised Cheese Knife as described on the website. The image on Not on the High Street website showed a fish knife, but in the description said as items were vintage they would be different ie. I would expect a Cheese knife. Surely this is against trading standards, especially as Vintage Candy Chesham agreed that the item I received was a Fish knife, but they call them Cheese knives! Comment from Vintage Candy: “ They may have been used as fish knives in the past but these are the knives we have always used for our personalised cheese knives.” Sorry but that does not make sense to me

Orders on the 7th should of got it on the 10 but nothing even lost a days pay waiting for it to arrive. Very poor customer service and demand a refund as no longer need item as never turned up. AVOID

Unable to make contact with Not on The High Street regarding a damaged item revived and I have spent hours trying. In my view do not purchase from this company. I will not. Not even able to make contact with a telephone number they provided. Just terrible

Poor greedy company. I made an order on Sun, 14 Jun, 08:47 AM and after less than 2 hours on Jun 14, 2020, 10:28 AM i sent them an email asking to cancel the order. Well surprisingly they answered the day after stating that the order was already manufactured, in less than 2 hours on Sunday and they could not cancel it. Apparently they reiceved the order and didn't receive the "cancel order", realistically they just ignored it. After 2 days without giving the option to agree or not, they cancelled the order and stated: "As a goodwill gesture, we have refunded this order less £10". "A goodwill gesture" what a joke they are? what a greedy company, no buyer's protection, no customer care, just willing to get your money once you are caught in their net.

I ordered from this company about 5 weeks ago , they said the goods would be delivered , I waited and that date came and went so I contacted them and they gave me another date same thing happened again , iv emailed them and still no joy , still waiting for my purchase, I would avoid this site if you want your goods within a timely manner

irstly, the products received have always been fab, the partner sellers are great. But I feel I need to let other people know the potential problem if you place your custom with NOTHS. I purchased an item, and at checkout an error message showed payment hadn’t gone through. The page was still on the order page, with the credit card details still present so I simply submitted again. I got the usual screen this time confirming the order had been replaced. I thought nothing of it until a couple of days later I noticed that 2 payments had gone through on my account. I logged into my NOTHS account and see that there were 2 orders so obviously the first payment that I was told had not gone through was a lie. In the meantime, the seller had already dispatched 2 items and as they are personalised I am unable to return them. I complained to NOTHS, who initially offered me a 15% off code for my next purchase. The offer is almost offensive it’s so poor. They then offered to cover the cost of the item in a gift card, but not postage. I am awaiting details of their official complaints procedure as the ombudsman requires this before they can take up my complaint as I want a full refund including postage as I’m left with a bill I’m unable to pay through no fault of my own. It’s a real shame as I’ve always loved NOTHS but it speaks volumes of a company who will leave a customer in this situation when they know full well no customer would order 2 of the same non-returnable items just for the fun of trying to obtain a refund. Common sense needs to prevail here. I’ve spread the word through my friends a family and suggest you take caution when ordering too.

I have been wronged by this company ! They offer no proof of shipping the article. I’ve lost 30 sterling pounds because of them and I have no recourse to have the order arrive before christmas. they don’t provide proof of shipping despite urge shipping costs. Very desappointed and upset. I ordered on the 6th of december to make sure the present arrived before Chrismas and now it is the 17th and they give me no proof of shipping and told me it should have arrived on the 12th. One expects from a serious company at the least a proof of shipping especially when they ask a lot of money for shipping

Have used noths numerous times, but this is now the third time (each time with a different supplier), that I have placed an order, it has apparently been accepted (as I receive email confirmations) and then ultimately, weeks pass and no goods are processed. Granted, no money is taken from my account - but every time, I think a gift for someone or an item I need for a certain date is winging its way to me, and each time, I am left chasing it up / looking for a substitute at the last minute. Really poor service, as I should be able to trust that my order is on its way when you send me an acceptance email. Sadly, this is the last time I will be attempting to use noths as it isn't worth the hassle and uncertainty. Lovely products; deeply flawed transactional processes.
