Refuse RMAs even when product arrives damaged because they seem to think that bad products dont make it through QA processes and thats all that matters. Bent pins on motherboard still sealed in the box, they say that's not possible”

No communication from the company whatsoever. It is very easy for them to take your funds but waiting for this long with no communication is ridiculous!
