“Most pleased with the 2 clarins products I purchased from you, having spent over £140 I would prefer free postage to a tiny product of clarins which is one I do not use and a makeup bag of no use to most customers”

“Have used NVS a few times,always good ,prompt service. Would give five stars if free postage was offered over a certain amount..Prices are competitive but when postage is added,not quite as good as some.”

“The only disappointing aspect that my goods arrived later than I thought, but apparently this was due to my order being out of stock( only found this out by telephoning NVS), perhaps an e mail could have been sent.”

“Easy ordering system online. Reasonable prices. Quick delivery via Royal Mail 24hr service. Only other comment is that the ordering system states that an E-Mail will be sent once order on it's way - didn't get one but a quick response to an E-Mail asking for update did tell us it had been posted the day before.”

“Haven’t received my order after a week so when called them they said that there was a problem with their site so promised me as soon as they received it they send it for Hecht day delivery and also give me call to update and Yes they did that and also send me a few free samples so I’m overall customer service was really good , would definitely go back to them to order.”

Hi Karoline, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to disappoint with the delivery charge. We only charge what the cost we have for delivery, we do not make any money on this. We do however have many of our products on offer available to customers. We do at times run offers including free delivery.
