“Pleased with the product and prices very competitive. Only negative was that there was no update to advise on dispatch of the order and the delivery took 11 days. I did think of a while I was not going to receive the order but all was good in the end. I Will certainly use again in future but will order a little further in advance of needing the product.”

“The products i bought were at a good priced and they got delivered although they took a while to get delivered and there was no communication in between acknowledging the order and receipt. There was a postal strike in between so difficult to say if it would have been quicker. However it would have been good to receive an e-mail saying the parcel had been dispatched.”

“I was a little surprised that the remedy took so long to arrive as I was notified by email it was being dealt with. However, when I called in re my predicament, they were very helpful and ensured it was sent 1st class. I would like to suggest that these requests be posted a little bit more quickly. Thank you.”

“Most pleased with the 2 clarins products I purchased from you, having spent over £140 I would prefer free postage to a tiny product of clarins which is one I do not use and a makeup bag of no use to most customers”
