“Everything was good except one thing. I did not get any confirmation email just after a called you next day.”

“Item arrived via Royal Mail, and received in good condition. The product itself is good but the tiny transport case supplied is very flimsy broke on second use. That is down to manufacturer not NVS - as it is the only item I have ordered I am limited on further review information. The price along with delivery charge is slightly more expensive than other suppliers.”

“I have never used NVS Pharmacy before and I always wonder whether the goods will come when I use a company I have not used before. But they did arrive along with some free samples as welL!! The price was competitive and I will use them again for sure.”

“After a slight hiccup in NVS getting the stock required, the ordered products were dispatched and arrived in good condition. The customer service, when I called them to enquire about the delay was excellent, but it did take a call from me to establish what the delay was about, rather than the company, off its own bat, advising me of it. I will nevertheless definitely use NVS again.”

“Excellent value but star deducted for sluggish dispatch. Received next day dispatch notification, but Royal Mail apparently then did not receive the item from the seller for another 5 days (according to tracking info.). Once item was received and/or tracking info. updated, delivery was very prompt. Item received just within the 8-day maximum timeframe stated on the website - but slow relative to date of dispatch. No quibble with the product though.”

“Irritating confusion at first between sender and recipient. Pleasantly and rapidly corrected by telephone, but unnecessary. I'm still receiving sales touting emails to my email address as the original sender, but their system names me as the recipient. It matters not, of course, but undermines the concept of efficiency.”

“Happy to get 20% off on my favourite brand! Royal Mail is the best delivery company. The delivery fee is worth it. I purchased six skin care products and they sent me a nice beauty pouch. No samples though. Thank you NVS.”

“I was able to find a product that was out of stock elsewhere and even got it at a reduced price so very pleased. I only deducted a star because the delivery could have been a little quicker but apart from that - great!”
