“Very quick and efficient. One item was short stocked but I got a friendly phone call next day to tell me and give me a choice of refund or substitute. Good service, thank you”

“Many thanks NVS for stocking Roger and Gallet soaps. I have used their soaps for as long as I can remember and they are increasingly difficult to find. It was so easy to place an order and now I have received the package (a neat, small box not loads of unnecessary waste) I am very happy. The soaps are now scenting my clothes until I am ready to use them. Please keep stocking them.”

“Great price(s) and superb customer service. Not being content with messing up the delivery address I required some items to be sent to once, I managed to do it twice. The person I spoke with (Mira) was so, so helpful and very patient during my senior moments and rectified my errors without complaint. Truly excellent service (thank-you).”
