“Just happened into this pharmacy yesterday because they had some supplements I was looking for. Very nice friendly place! Seems like a family business. And competitive prices on the supplements.”

“NVS goes from strength to strength, with more and more tempting products, at competitive prices, and a service that exceeds any others I know online. Out of stock items are either substituted with equivalent sizes, or an email or call with details of next availability - not that this happens often! If I forget something and add another item after I have paid, there is no further delivery charge. And I have been converted to so many new products after trying the samples sent with each delivery. These are always tailored to my earlier purchases, and therefore very suitable. Thank you, NVS! I wouldn't know about products better suited to my needs without you!”

“I had not come across NVS Pharmacy before but I'm pleased I did. The products I ordered were really well packaged so that the boxes looked pristine. So often packing can be so poor that products look like they've been run over by a steamroller so for them to arrive looking new wa a real plus, especially as they were a good price and arrived really quickly. I'll definitely be looking to use this company again.”

“It took 3 days to establish that the product that I ordered was not in stock 'yet'. I spoke to a member of staff who had poor knowledge of English and could not communicate. I needed to spell out my name even though I gave the invoice number. P romissed to ring back - but no such 'luck' . Rang a third time and was told the product 'just arrived'. I t arrived 3 days later.”
