“I ordered a couple of creams at NVS Pharmacy. Although it took a little bit longer than usual delivery but I am happy I shopped at NVS Pharmacy. Very pleased with the sample which they provided. Highly recommend.”

“I was very pleased with this service. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock and they phoned to let me know. I asked if they could order one and they said they would find out. They rang the following day to say that they had put one on order and both the items arrived in very good time. Thank you. I shall certainly use you again.”

“I usually only shop on Amazon as any other site takes so long to deliver. I couldn't resist giving NVS a try as they were selling my fragrance for 50% less than Amazon, which allowed me to get the matching lotion for the same price. I was then surprised to receive the product the very next day, and they'd very kindly included a free gift which sells on Amazon for over £20 for the equivalent size. Amazon will always be my go to for everything, but not fragrances!”

“Great customer service. Royal mail lost my parcel but customer service of NVS Pharmacy followed up and quickly resolved the matter. I liked that I didn't need to call and chase them they look after their customers well. I would recommend NVS Pharmacy.”
