“Always my first online choice! Their range covers most of my needs/tastes at prices well below that of other online retailers. Navigating the site is easy, so is placing an order, and delivery is always within the specified time, and well packaged. If an item is out of stock, they contact me in record time to advise it's back in stock. I have used them for several years, and never had a problem. They are thoughtful and considerate to talk to (during the lockdowns!), and there is always a surprise in the parcel, based on my previous orders, so it's always welcome.”

“My order hadn't arrived, and when I emailed to enquire, NVS contacted me by telephone very quickly to reassure me that they were waiting for the product to come into stock, and i would be despatched asap. I received the item very soon after. Excellent customer service!!”

“I ordered the Clarins Skin Illusion foundation and I am absolutely satisfied with everything. The price of this item on the NVS Pharmacy website was the cheapest among all the options for the UK.
