“Was a bit sceptical a first but thought it’s try NVS as they were very competitive on price and able to deliver. What I got was a great customer experience, quick delivery and all at a competitive price. I’m not one to leave reviews but thought it might give others the confidence to use them.”

Their service is always first class: direct contact if there are problems; advice and updates for items on my Wish List; and a wide range of products at very competitive prices. I have never had a problem buying online here. And I love the customised gifts with each order, tailored to my regular products.”

“Delivery of perfume was a little later than expected but on contacting there excellent customer service team they explained a problem with delivery of the item and promptly offered me a refund if I wanted one but I decided to wait and I'm so happy I did, very happy with my perfume, great value for money too. Will definitely order from them again.”
