“The item (sensitive eye cream) is a bit tricky to get hold of - so was very happy to find it here! It came promptly, and was accompanied by a nice surprise of a few complimentary freebies. Very happy with the product and service.”

“I ordered 2 Clarins items, at good prices, then later in the day phoned to see if I could add another product to the same order. My request was dealt with efficiently, and without any fuss. The order arrived very quickly - within 2 days of submitting the order. Included in it was a gift item - another Clarins product! Altogether a positive and pleasant experience - will use NVS again.”
